I have used this location many times. My last service was horrible. I rented a car while mine was in the shop. When I picked up my vehicle from Planet Ford the dealership said they would call and have the car picked up. Then I received a charge on my card for 8 days longer than I had rented it for. The manager told me Planet Ford never called and Planet Ford tells me they called the moment I left. I have called numerous time to speak with the manager at Enterprise and he never picks up the line. I had to go there in person and still he tells me he is working with Planet Ford. I then go to Planet Ford and they tell me they have been trying to get a hold of him but that he never responds. I am out over $500 bucks. Will never use this place again and am tempted to never use Enterprise again. read more

I was given a rental via my dealership as a loaner. Enterprise charged me for refueling, tolls and other small fees. I never authorized these charges and they should have been billed to the dealership. Also, I received a call from the dealership a week AFTER I turned in the rental to pick up my car advising that Enterprise was unable to locate the rental and were going to report it stolen. In a world of eroding privacy and enhanced surveillance, how can a rental car establishment not find a vehicle?? It was literally at the dealership. Be careful with renting from this place and pay close attention and take good pictures of every part of your car. They took the rent a car in the back my husband said because tire indication like came on so apparently the guy either didn't put hub caps on the back 2 wheels or didn't tighten them correctly. Well I was at the gym 5 minutes away and the check engine light and battery light was on and the car wouldn't start. Called them they said they would bring someone and a new car. So I tried to start it again and it started same lights were on I called back they said to rush back before the car shuts off. My husband rented this car not me so when I got to return the car on day 2 the guy said what happened to the hub caps I said I dont know aren't they on the car like they're supposed to be he said they was on and now they aren't he said he would charge me $100 each I said you have to talk to my husband about that. So he got on the phone with my husband my husband said hub caps dont cost $100 not even $50 and he's not paying it, my husband said said the tire indication light was on and the guy took the car in the back before he left and it's not his fault he didnt put them back on and what even worse he gave us a car that was dangerous and if he drove it with the kids in the car and the car stopped working we would be stranded in the cold with a dead battery with 3 kids. He said I understand sir so I will go ahead and pay for 1 hub cap and you pay $100 for the other so whatever my husband said the guy made a face at my husband over the phone and told him okay $50. My husband agreed to pay that and he called corporate. This is the 2nd time they gave us a bad car first time it was dirty and smelled. read more

I returned my rental, an agent came out and inspected the vehicle, everything was good. A month later they're calling me about a claim due to damage on the car from when it was in my possession which is a LIE. After telling the guy about my drop off inspection multiple times he dropped the claim. I actually think the next customer did it and they didn't inspect and were trying to blame it on me. I had to write a review after picking up my reservation with Enterprise from an insurance claim. The car was absolutely filthy and smells like wet dog. I have never picked up a rental car from any place like this before. I have never rented from Enterprise before however, if this is how all Enterprises are, then I will never rent a car from them, ever. If I wasn't rushed with time, trying to make back to my office, I would have complained inside and asked that they have someone wash this car but time was not on my side. I am now back at the office and have a minute to write this review. Enterprise provided a Clorox wipe in the car with a card that stated, "This vehicle has been sanitized with a disinfectant following our a complete Clean Pledge protocol. Your confidence is important to us, so here's an extra Clorox Disinfecting Wipe for use on high-touch,hard, non-porous surfaces." I used the wipe on the steering wheel only, take a look at the pictures attached(if I can attach them/if not head over to Google where I will). As you can imagine what the rest of the car looks like. I was shown another car before this one, it smelled like dog and was just as filthy it's why I took the second one. In an era of viruses, its unbelievable Enterprise would let vehicles out like this. If you plan to use Enterprise at this location then read all of this. It is not merely criticism but how to complete the transaction with minimal trouble. I didn't have as bad an experience as lady t. Frankly, I was going to give them three stars until I read her review and it confirmed some problems I had. The manager is a nice guy but I noticed quickly that while they intially quoted me a very nice rate that they were very liberal in adding upgrades without asking me first. All I needed this time was a simple subcompact. They gave me a very nice rate of 9.99/day for the weekend (F-Sun) with an allowance of 100 miles a day. When I arrived they gave me a full sized sedan and the contract read $15.00/day (again, half off). I mentioned this and they quickly changed it, by hand, to $10/day. They also had added several unneeded insurance items - I have comprehensive. They did not mention when I reseverved the car that they would place a $300 hold on a credit card until the transaction was complete. When I arrived at home I realized I had not checked the mileage. It turned out that they used the computer readout rather than the actual beginning mileage on the car. I called immediately and the manager insisted that he would use the mileage I provided by phone. I reluctantly agreed. Incidentally, he made good on his word. I turned the car in that Monday and they tried again to charge me for a full sized car. I had my contract and showed them the changes. They gave me no more grief after that and they charged the agreed upon rate. Before I read Lady T's review I chalked this all up to laziness on the part of the woman that checked me in. I now wonder if some of it was intentional to see if I'd be willing to pay. I'll admit that the special they were offering was less than i'd expect to pay and they might have been trying to recoup some costs. If they were then they suck. If it was an honest mistake then so be it. MY ADVICE: If you decide to use this location then check with the price on the phone in advance and write down notes. On the day of take your insurance (if you have collision), your credit card with $300 to be charged on it and your notes. Don't feel obligated to pay the overage if they don't have the type of car they promise you. MOST IMPORTANT: Don't make my mistake. Check the odometer AND the gas gauge before you leave the facility. There is no guaranty that the manager you work with will be as understanding as mine was. While it's likely he knew i'd never be back if he didn't follow through, he could have just as easily added $100 to my bill and I could have done little about it. He is the reason I give them two stars instead of one. If you have a better experience than me then please write. I'd be curious if people have had similar issues with me and Lady T or if it was perhaps an unlucky coincidence. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 20150 I-45 Spring, TX 77373 was the worst experience I have ever received in any retail situation. I was picking up a reserved car while my car was being repaired at North Freeway Hyundai and encountered rude and extremely unhelpful employees including assistant manager Victor Mata who never got out of his chair and barely looked up from his computer. He had no intention of assisting any customers including Hyundai's customers. I have also contacted the dealership North Freeway Hyundai and Hyundai Motors Corp. to let them know how their customers are being treated. Hyundai puts customers first and will be extremely disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism. This was truly a disappointment because I have always been an Enterprise customer as well whenever I needed to rent a car. All it takes is someone like Mr. Mata to poorly represent a great company like Enterprise and set a poor example to his employees. read more

My initial experience was a positive one. My car was rear-ended and the other insurance provided the rental. I was impressed with how quickly I got my cute little Elantra and drove away. Now I know why. The sales person uses a tablet for initialing and signing. All of this is being done while you walk around the car and inspect for damage prior to taking possession. I quickly initialed off the insurance so as I wouldn't be held responsible for any damages. The insurance company was willing to reimburse me until they found out that I had full coverage. They said it's not needed if you have full coverage. I called enterprise to inform them that I would be returning the car and expect not to be charged for the insurance based on what I told. A very unempathetic young man told me that I had signed for the insurance and I would be held responsible. This is approximately $300 and I find the whole situation unethicle to say the least. read more

The service is slower than slow. No cars were available and had to wait over an hour to get a car into this location only to wait longer so that they could clean it. I dont mind a clean car at all but one person must be running the show here although the manager wont say that. Total wait time was about 1 1/2 hours. The thing is they said only 30 minutes of total wait when I got there. If you are in a hurry- dont go to this location. Is it Enterprise as a whole or this location only?? Makes me not want to take future chances!! Also if you want to see a manager who takes her personal cell phone calls more serious than her customers than this is the place to see that. She put her customers on hold to take personal calls from her cell. Obviously her lunch plans with friends were more important than the customers. Really?!?! The easiest, quickest and best customer service car rental I've ever experienced. When I called to book it the guy was extremely friendly and helpful. When I went to pick up the passenger van they gave me a brand new vehicle with 45 miles on it. It took maybe 10 minutes to pick up. When I dropped it off, it took a total of 5 minutes. It was pretty awesome! They asked when we left how my experience was so clearly they cared. Would definitely use these guys again. read more

Would run in the other direction. Don't even call. Put in a reservation for a Cadillac or equivalent. They said they had the car, plan on billing me for this type of car and yet when I arrive they offer me a KIA and Hyundai. Not sure what person would confuse the two. SLOW!! PAINFULLY SLOW!! They need to hire more staff or the employees here need to move with more urgency as the line backs up out of the door. Waited for over an hour. Once I finally received a vehicle, it was terribly dirty on the inside. Additionally, I received a ride to the office, assuming that I could receive a ride home and was not informed otherwise; however, when I arrived on Sunday to return the vehicle, I was told to catch a cab to my residence. I rent almost exclusively from Enterprise as a business traveler. The customer service is top notch. The cars are always clean inside and out and the vehicles are not just basic without any upgrades. No matter what state I travel to, there is an Enterprise nearby. I find comfort in that. I rented last week for my personal use as my car was in the shop. The rental was almost perfect except that I needed a ride back to the dealership where my car was and no one from Enterprise was available to take me. I had to take Uber instead. Very poor customer service...My car was being fixed by Planet Ford and they arranged a loan car (from Enterprise) which they would fully pay for. A few days after returning the rental I discovered Enterprise charged my credit card $50...I called them and they confirmed it was their mistake and I would be refunded. It has been over fours weeks now and no refund...each time I call I'm told: - "the refund is scheduled...the process takes a week" - or "the refund has been made but it may be a few days before it appears in your account" - or "according to our records the refund has been made...we'll look into it and call you back"...no phone call I've even emailed their manager (michael.s.guillory@ehi.com)...no response as yet. On top of all this they're very hard to get in touch with as they rarely answer their phone! read more

I rented my car at 20150 Interstate 45 for two days at a daily rate of $68. When it was time to return the car I decided to return the car at another location (23530 Intersate 45, Spring, TX) because i made a reservation at a better rate of $35.7. When I arrived to new location I was told that they did not have another car so I would have to take the same one at the new cheaper rate. On my bill I was charged $68 for the two initial days, $249.99 for a week (the new rate) and the last day I was charged back at $68. I called to complain at both locations and I am still waiting to hear back from the representative at 20150 Interstate 45 (the original rental location). At the second location they explained that they could not do anything because it was under the control of the original location who was the one that charged me. Dishonest and terrible customer service.There is no reason for the rate to go up since I had made another reservation at a lower rate. read more

Always top notch customer service. I have been renting from Enterprise for years and will never go anywhere else.

I am a frequent business renter at this location. It is one of the only locations in the area that is open on Sundays which is something I need occasionally. That being said, this location is extremely busy. In my experience they ALWAYS take care of the customer. If they don't have cars for walk-ins, they'll find a location that has one. They shuttle cars around from other locations. They make it right when the car is not clean (offering a future upgrade if they can't make it right on the spot). Remember this is a suburban location that does not have a huge fleet of cars just waiting for you to rent one! Make a reservation whenever possible and you will be taken care of. Even call a little ahead of time to let them try to work something out. The Enterprise management training program teaches good customer service and it shows - I have enjoyed seeing trainees like Amy and Gracie get a great business foundation here. And Thomas, Phil, and Ruben have also always been very helpful to me including helping me handle flat tires and weird car noises. Finally - Enterprise will give you a ride either to or from your house/work. This is a phenomenal value-added service for me and saves me a lot of time, and they ALWAYS do it with a smile. omg most horrible owner of the location don't waste your time and money. the sale rep told my husband it was a formality to check a box in order to leave with a rental after we were told from autonation that we didn't have to pay for anything. the owner response after four months the only thing they can give us is 100.00 when we had to pay 400.00 and no reimbursement. don't rent here go to another location worst place ever. read more
