Well I was thinking I'd end up in a non premium vehicle, I ended up in a pretty nice Buick which had ambient lighting, which made me feel lot better not to mention she literally went above and beyond within 30 mins of identifying the situation. I rented a car from this place for Christmas/New Year trip to Texas. When I was about 85 miles out returning the car, it suddenly lost power while I was on the interstate. Thankfully, I was able to get off the road and exit. That was the good part. From there, it was 4 hours waiting for the one tow truck they use (he was very nice though) so I could give him the key and then begin the waiting game while Roadside Assistance patiently went through the options of getting me a ride- uber, Lyft, and then after long time, they called a taxi from the other side of the state who came after 1 hour to pick me up. I'm pretty sure the rental car was back at their shop, "repaired" and rented back out before I got a ride. They have an Enterprise rental spot 40 miles away, so, based on their commercials (Remember, "Enterprise will pick you up") one might think that they would definitely pick you up with one of their rentals from there. They should add an asterisk to their commercial "Enterprise will pick you up...Unless their poorly maintained rental breaks down. Then we will leave you and your kids on the side of the road for as long as it takes" read more

The people working here were amazing! They listened to me and were more than willing to help when every other Enterprise in Houston dropped the ball (big time)!! The car was a little bit of a different story!! It was a 7 seat Voyager Minivan that has no get up and go on a hill of any kind! If you have the slightest incline...it didn't matter how much I pressed on the accelerator...the speed would go down at least 5-10mph!! I get there and we find out we have to pay an extra 300 dollars plus the 190 they told us on the site. I just think y'all should include that into the fees that they tell you on the site. My car is in the shop and i have business out of town so I called to make a reservation last night. I tried to select the option to talk to someone at this branch and waited on hold for thirty minutes, no one answered. I did this twice. So eventually I selected the option to talk to the reservation line. They reserved me a compact car for the next day. When I was dropped off this morning I was informed that although I had made a reservation there was no car for me. In fact they had no cars at all. When I asked what I should do I was told I should Uber to the location on 1916, 45 minutes away, to "check" if they had any cars. This was said with a strait face. This location is the worse. They don't answer the phone. I attempted to arrange pick up for a business trip. The location never answered. I arrive to pick up my rental and the wait was ridiculous. Once I got my rental my ride tried to leave and was left blocked in. The worker at the counter stated he was working on it and come to find out the truck blocking my ride was a return and that person had the keys stuck on their ring. Common sense would have a normal person to just take the keys and move the truck and worry about getting it off the ring later. The return of the vehicle was no better. The location stated it was only 2 people working however I counted 5 employees. When I used Hertz it was so smooth and quick. They picked me up and drove me home the day I returned my rental. I'm the future I will happily pay for my rental from somewhere else for an extra day to avoid this location even if they are open on Sundays l. read more

This tiny rental car facility is managed well. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Their location has one drawback however. Be careful when leaving the parking area. The traffic at peak hours makes it difficult to get into the flow of the oncoming feeder traffic. Recommend that you go there an hour before or after peak rush time hours. Note that this is not unique to their location. There should be a study by Montgomery County traffic engineers to slow, stop, or divert traffic on these high volume feeders in and around the Woodlands, Oak Ridge, and Shenandoah. Enterprise wrongfully claimed I drove a rental through flood waters. I did not. There was no flood at any point I had the vehicle. The car broke down while I was driving on a busy street. They later found water in the engine. I suspect this happened prior to me obtaining the vehicle. Regardless, they choose to unscrupulously hold me liable for the charges for engine damages. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Thankfully I was able to get a car from Avis because enterprise is USELESS!

We are Elite National Car Rental Members, Alamo, Hertz, Avis, etc, and we have one word on this location: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. We, as we always do, booked our cars online at their ENTERPRISE online site, and they even let us use our national emerald number, so we did. Enterprise owns national and Alamo. Today, we made a reservation early this morning, and got confirmation for an intermediate car pick up in the afternoon with unlimited mileage at this location. "HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM" - Upon arriving for what we thought would be a 5 minute stop, we are told: 1. "We have NO Cars Available" - But we just made this reservation today. 2. They also tell us "WELL, IT KIND OF IS BUT KIND OF ISN'T UNLIMITED MILES" - But you just sent us a confirmation of our rental with unlimited miles noted on it. BOTTOMLINE: They rented and confirmed a car for us on that day with unlimited miles BUT UPON ARRIVING AT THEIR LOCATION: - THEY had no car AND - IF if they did have one, it would "NOT Really" came with the unlimited miles our confirmation confirmed. We thought that a location in our home town of The Woodlands would have better service and car - THEY PROVED US WRONG, and this is very different than other enterprise locations we have rented from nationwide. We are dealing with a medical emergency with our father, so this car rental was not something we needed this experience with. ADVICE TO ENTERPRISE CORPORATE: Close this location down or MANDATE SERVICE QUALITY CHANGES right away because they have tarnished our respect for the ENTERPRISE BRAND and great service we have received in other locations. read more

I have never seen a less prepared group of people than the ones here running this branch. Every time I have tried to reserve a truck at this location they give it away to someone else, and then act ignorant about it. Like it's being gassed up, it's down the street, it's being used pick up a customer, it's being washed, it's never ready and it's never there. And it does not matter how many days in advance to you Reserve a truck, they just give it away to first come first serve, they don't look at the reservations that they already have, they are ill prepared, and they don't have enough trucks to accommodate everyone. So you're just wasting your time here if you're expecting a vehicle to be ready for you on time. read more

We made our reservation online for the weekend. My concern was about return date since the location is closed on Sunday nights. When I was picking my car up the place smelled like straight toilet explosion. The customer service representative provided wrong information about the rental details and failed to put license plates on the car. I had problems finding parking in Galveston, I was told the car is going to get towed due to "no tag applied" instead of the actual plates. When I called to ask about it, I was told "Oh is totally fine". I returned the car before 8:30 am on Monday and walked away with a receipt for 210$ total. I paid 350 extra was a downpayment on top, at the end this location ended up charging me 280$ total for the car rental, when I was clearly told it was going to be 210$ (with the Monday return date before 8:30 am). I woke up really early on Monday after a long weekend to return the car and I was still changed for the whole day on Monday. Customers who come to this location please BE CAREFUL and don't trust them. They will fool you at the end no matter what they say or promise in the begging. Horrible, lying customer service and failure to complete their job duties. Please AVOID this lace at all costs. read more

Usually, everything is good at this enterprise location. However, parking is slim at this location, and it is hard to leave a personal car in exchange for rental when traveling for business. I will try using different location for future rentals due to lack of parking open for customer vehicles. The lady working said I could leave my car next door for the week I would be gone, but parking was full there as well. Also I feel like every rental I pick up from here has less than a half tank of gas every time I pick up. read more

This is probably one of the worst Enterprise locations - THE WOODLANDS! The entire staff needs training. The customer service is awful! I rent cars here for business purposes on a regular basis and my last experience made it clear that I need to rent elsewhere. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY CARS - I always reserve online weeks in advance. I decided to call the branch in advance and spoke to Chris (manager) to ensure that a car would be available. He was very rushed, in a hurry and said "yes, we will have a car available". I continued to remind him of a prior experience where no cars were available. So, of course when I arrive - THERE WERE NO CARS AVAILABLE. The staff became quite irritable with me because I wanted to arrive, pick up my car and go. They have no customer service experience. They all have a look of confusion on their faces as they don't know how to manage this location - I expect good customer service from any business establishment - My recommendation - Entire staff needs training - their response to customers upon arrival should be pleasant, ready to deliver what the customer ordered - it is not the customer's fault that Enterprise does not have the cars available. Also, how about planning - looking ahead (the day before) to see what customers are expected to arrive - to ensure that you have the reserved cars available. What's the use in reserving a car online to not have it available when you arrive. Customers keep you in business. One member of the staff tried to explain to me the reason for cars not being available - - it is not my problem as the customer. If you're in business to rent cars - HAVE THEM AVAILABLE - You continually over promise and UNDER DELIVER! If I were an undercover boss or executive from corporate office - the entire staff would have been fired on October 11th. I have used several Enterprise locations and this location needs to be closed - - the management team does not know how to manage - I contacted the corporate location after my last issue in July - no response at all. To stay in business - try seriously investing in project management - time management - your staff should be able to forecast needs and deliver - This location has lost my business - I would rather drive 40 miles to another vendor to rent a car - This locations does not deserve to be in the Woodlands - Awful representation of the Enterprise corporation. read more
