in a nutshell, I wanted confirmation about my charge as to not get over charged. I was literally…read morelaughed at for asking for clarification on who to speak with by an unprofessional lady and what I assume is the manager (white shirt and pink tie at 4:40pm on 05/31/25) at the service desk, and said I'd just figure it out myself. after asking two other employees, I found the check in lady, who didn't seem to know what she was doing. they were not going to check my vehicle for damage, which it had prior to my rental, and had no means of locating my rental information until I directed ANOTHER employee to return my vehicle for her to inspect and verify my charge. then a couple hours later, I learned that they charged me $100 for mileage, when I purchased unlimited mileage... basically, I don't know anything about their process, yet still know more than the employees there do about what they should be doing and how they should be doing it. I answered my own questions, got everyone on track, and exemplified what a business professional attitude should look like.

When I arrived to pick up my truck (they had already taken my money out of my account 2 days prior) they said they didn't have one. After making a few calls, they found a truck 35 min away which they wanted me to go pick up. 35 min there and back would have made me miss my mover appointment and to be out the 400 for the movers. They acted like they were doing me a favor to find the truck 70 minutes away and being out 400. Cancelled the reservation and went with U-Haul. Never ever use budget truck rental, especially this location. Attitude, no care for wasting my money, and awful service. Avoid at all cost!

The second ended badly…read more For a reason the counter employee nor Budget's own billing department can seem to explain, the reservation number and pricing I received from Budget's reservation call center was NOT honored at this Budget rental location. I prepaid the entire rental, but the location added their own pricing to the reservation when I went to pickup the car--totally excluding the discount and coupon the reservation call center previously accepted and programmed into my reservation. They applied my prepayment, but it was as if my discount and coupon were missing. This counts as fraud in my book. I'm still negotiating with Budget's billing department (multiple calls but the refund still hasn't "been submitted" yet). If I call my CC company and dispute the charge--in effect, refunding the additional charge back to my card--a Budget billing department employee said I would receive a "lifetime ban" from both Budget and AVIS (Avis and Budget are owned by the same company) and would never be able to rent from either company again. Something tells me this won't end well for me, and I strongly urge everyone using this location (probably any Budget rental) with caution.

I contacted them and was in a car within ~1 hr total, a totally last minute reservation, handled extremely well. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. My insurance company was completely screwing me over with rental coverage. But the people at this location called and updated me on remaining coverage, worked with me in renting on a day to day basis, understood and sympathized with me more than EITHER insurance company i was dealing with. I would recommend this location to any of my friends if they came in town. Thanks guys and i will certainly be back, or at least send someone your way!

This place was a complete savior for me. I had let a friend borrow my car and she ended up wrecking…read moreit. I had full coverage insurance however it barely covered the price so I rented a vehicle from Jim for 20 bucks a day and a small deposit. I had the car for a full month and was lucky that I had rented from him bc enterprise was charging close to 50 dollars a day and my insurance only reimbursed me up to 33 dollars daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they really cared about my situation and had I not had a rental I would have also lost my job. This is a great place to buy and rent. only complaint I have is that sometimes there are no cars to rent and you may have to wait a couple days.
