Do not rent from this company. They were late picking up bridal party and never communicated with…read moreus. When they were 30 minutes late, we called and were told they were lost. Then it was the bus we rented broke down so they filled in with another bus. When we finally saw the bus, an hour late, the driver went to the wrong house. The bride and bridal party were in the street with flashlights to signal for the driver to pick us up. The bus was dirty from a previous rental - full of beer cans and liquor bottles. The owners response to our frustration was "I gave you a bigger and better bus." If we wanted a bigger bus, that is what we would have rented. I wanted my bride to arrive on time to her wedding in a bus that was clean and a professional, on-time driver. Very upset with this company, the owner and the service. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them.

I made that very clear to him and he was very disrespectful and told me he wasn't doing anything until I provided him a tip. He then almost got into a physical altercation with two other guests! I am absolutely disgusted. The owner said he would tell the driver to make as many trips as he needed to but that was stated in the contract anyways! For Six Hundred Dollars, we deserve to be treated with the upmost respect and I did not receive that AT ALL.

I was told if I came back at 5pm they would be able to check it then. Good gracious. I went to Thibodaux Tire and Auto on St Patrick street. The employees were all very nice and made me fill valued. Turns out a nail had punctured the side wall of a tire. I was in AND out in time to get my favorite poboy for lunch!
