We used NOLA black car for an executive van transfer for 12 from the airport to our hotels. We had three hotel stops both times drivers were super easy going and accommodating. When we were picked up by at the airport Mohamed our driver let us stop to get snacks and alcohol to take to our hotels. We will definitely use on our next trip to NOLA. read more

We hired NOLA Black Car to provide transportation within the city to and from my daughter's wedding. This company is first class from start to finish. The online booking was quick and easy. But the real star of this service are the professional drivers and the luxury cars. Our driver,John,arrived early in a brand new Cadillac XTS. He was very courteous, friendly and knew the best route to get us thru the traffic and to the church on time. He was even prepared with an umbrella when the rain arrived before we expected. We booked NOLA to pick us up from airport and take us to hotel in the French Quarter. The driver met us in baggage claim and assisted us with our luggage. The car was a Ford Expedition I think and was very comfortable! Mohammad was an amazing driver and answered all of our questions about the area. We also booked NOLA to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the cruise pier. We were very excited to see that we had the same driver! We also booked NOLA to pick us up after our cruise and take us to the airport. I received a call fro Mohammad, he was again our driver! Having the private car was much better than using a group van or bus. I would highly recommend NOLA to anyone who wants a private car with very reasonable rates!! Booked NOLA Black Car for transportation to and from the airport. The cars were beautiful and clean. The drivers were very professional and safe. The price was very reasonable and booking was very easy. The first driver ( I didn't get his name, but he was built like a football player and had a ponytail), was so kind and offered so much information about the city on our drive to the hotel. It was dark so a lot of what he was pointing out was difficult to see, but all of the information was much appreciated. He took the time to show us popular restaurants and attractions within walking distance of our hotel, showed us the streetcars that ran by our hotel, and even educated us on customary practices in New Orleans. He went out of his way to welcome us to his city and make sure we had suggestions (which were spot on). The second driver, Dan, was equally kind and courteous. On our way back to the airport, he gave us some history about New Orleans, recommendations about weather patterns for return trips, and pointed out local attractions. He gave us a native's perspective and kept us entertained with conversation. He told us he has not been with the company long, but I hope the company realizes a real gem they have in him. Overall, I would most definitely recommend NOLA Black Car to anyone considering it. I know that when I return to New Orleans, I will be using their excellent services again. Thank you. read more

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the fact that our driver was not made aware that the tip had already been added to our total when we pre-paid. NOLA Black Car service was the car service that I booked when my manager had a conference in New Orleans. What impressed me about this car service is the EXCELLENT customer service that the drivers provide. They called and checked with me to make sure that everything was correct-I think that I had made a mistake on the pick-up time. My manager had family in New Orleans and his father went to college there in the 50s. The driver took note of this information and contacted the college-yes contacted the college to let them know about my manager's father. Someone from the college came to the hotel that my manager was staying at to meet him and tell him of his father's importance to the college and the things that were going on during that time period-1950s. My manager in turn called his father who was so excited to be reconnected to his Alma Mater. They are both returning to New Orleans this summer and it turns out that my manager's father is going to be honored as one of the last of his class/group that participated in the college's historical event. The bottom line is that none of this would have taken place if not for the interest that the driver showed in my manager's story. I am so impressed with the actions of the driver and with NOLA Black Car Service for hiring people who are truly kind and caring individuals. We contacted Nola Black Car during a flooding incident that one of our program participants was stuck in and needed help with evacuation. She was a young person travelling alone and Nola Black Car worked with us step by step to find the best route to safely evacuate the student. They were incredibly clear, attentive and helpful every step of the way. They worked with us late in the night and early in the morning and got the job done when we couldn't find another way to get our student out of harm's way.
