I visited this location on 3/16/22 and 3/18/22, and was so impressed dealing with this office. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, everyone was smiling and extremely personable. I went to Thomasville, GA for a funeral that I needed a car on short notice. The person I dealt with mostly was Stefon Mills, and I was immediately impressed by his level of customer service. I had arrived at the Valdosta airport, which is affiliated with this location, but provides NO shuttle service. So they called me a cab that cost me $15.50 (not including tip) to drive me 4 miles in nearly non-existent traffic. I was told right away that Enterprise would reimburse me that money! WHAT, who does that anymore? I know who, people who go above and above in customer service. I was blown away! Then when I was returning, I was helped by Echo. He was dressed super professional, kind, personable and let me take him with me to the airport so he could drive the car back. Another member of their team going above and beyond. I do not remember the names of the women in the office, but it was so refreshing to see genuine smiles and to be greeted so warmly by all of them. They were very busy the day I left, but the customer service level stayed the same. I would recommend this location highly. Again, I need to mention Stefon Mills and how he sets the bar so high for customer service. read more

Awful customer service. I will not rent from them again. Car wasn't ready and we had to wait an hour or so for our trip to Florida.

Tried calling this morning to make a reservation for 3 weeks picking up next week. Prim or what ever his name is kept trying to transfer me to reservations but wasn't doing it correctly, went back to him everytime. Told him what I need asked if he need my enterprise plus number or my Corprate acct number first. He proceeds to tell me he can't enter Corprate acct number and that I need to do online. Which I find amazing as every other enterprise is able to do so. I honestly thought enterprise wants business but I guess he was to busy to make reservation. I won't be renting from here I'm sure Hertz will more than gladly take my business. I mean I only rent cars 40 weeks a year. read more

Valdosta, Ga. North St. Augustine Road location UNBELEIVABLE WORST CUSTOMER SRVICE BRANCH MANAGER KIMBERLY! KIMBERLY who claimed she was a Manager????? Visited this location had plans of traveling to NY and wanted to pre-book a rental for 2 weeks encountered a very unprofessional associate at counter whom advised me to take a seat and would be with me shortly so i had a sit and waiting 20 minutes and nobody was in the lobby and asked Kimberly how much longer would it be she advised "In a minute", i was shocked with the tone and curtness in her voice. The phones weren't ringing she just had me sit there so after i asked her after 35 minutes of waiting she abruptly said mam i how may i help you i hesitantly replied im interested in renting a car for 2 weeks she advised they didnt any cars and to call back in disbelief i so i waited 35 going on 40 minutes for you to tell me there's no availability for an advanced purchase???? She looked a me and said im sorry we asked i dont have any rentals and i dont know when we will....This manager clearly needs coaching on the very basic of Customer Service and what Excellence looks like im confused that she is currenty holding a managerial positon and the face of Enterprise! read more

Trash customer service. Completely Unaccommodating. Slowest service ever. My family ended up leaving and going to AVIS. We have been Enterprise customers for years and have never experienced such ridiculous service. The cars weren't even ready or cleaned ... I don't know what's going on here at this location but at this rate y'all should just close down or get new management. read more

THIS PLACE is AWFUL. They take reservations for cars they do not have in stock. The cars are NEVER ready on time. It takes almost two hours to rent one. BAIT and SWITCH does not even begin to describe the SCAM that is going on here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....just take a chance on your own car because renting a car from this place is more of a headache than you need. They ruined a trip we had been planning for months by simply lying about the availability of rentals. HOW they are still in business is beyond my comprehension. read more

Completely unprofessional! I booked a car on a Friday morning through the Enterprise website for pickup on a Monday afternoon at 12:30. They called at 11:47 am to tell me they don't have a car for me. I was sitting on a plane landing in Valdosta! I landed and tried calling their local office letting the phone ring unanswered for twenty minutes. The airport is small with no services, so I took a cab to their location. The person who I assume was a manager met me as I was getting out of the car and asked me my name, when he heard he gets agitated telling me he called me that he didn't have a car. He wanted nothing to do with assisting HIS leaving me stranded for 8 days in GA with no car. Wouldn't call Enterprise to maybe work the issue out (other locations have networked with each other when problems occur). He also was nasty saying I rented my car on Saturday when they're closed. I rented my car on Friday morning. Early. He's incompetent and messed up, but took zero responsibility. Wouldn't do anything to be helpful other than telling me to take an Uber. I worked out my situation by having my disabled sister pick me up. She can handle long drives and that's what this was. While I was waiting the hour for her to get me. My Donald's was delivered making the office stink, but ok. They're entitled to lunch, right? Well, the sad excuse of a manager tells me at ten to two that they're taking lunch at two, meaning that I need to take my luggage and go out on the street to wait for my sister because of their incompetence. Lucky for him, she pulled up right at two when he was making his kindergarten paper sign staring back at three. Needless to say, I will be discussing with my rep from headquarters the sheer arrogance and incompetence of this location and never set foot in there again. PS... even the super nice lady who drove me to their location told me, "oh everyone hates them. They never have cars and leave people stranded all the time." Clearly, this wasn't an isolated incident. And this guy needs a new career or some real training. I wasn't angry until his attitude greeting me as I got out of the cab. read more

The only person who actually helps at this location is Danny. With that said don't rent from here. Someone hit my car. No rentals around me literally had to drive 2 hrs to get car. First week the engine light goes on they get me into another then it gets a flat which they would not send help to me they tried pushing it off on my insurance. They are of no help. Been here for 30 min and only one person has moved in line! From what I've seen, there are 4 employees handling new rentals/returns, yet they keep disappearing! No one is in the building now and the phone has been ringing off the hook for 20 min straight! They either need to hire more employees or find ones with time management skills. read more

As I travel for work I have an awareness about how I'm treated and what kind of customer service I receive. I came to this Enterprise office because I needed to change the car I was renting. I was frustrated and not pleasant. Jenna is not only beautiful outwardly but inwardly as well. She was pleasant, professional and understanding. I came to this office unhappy and left feeling treated above and beyond my best expectations. A couple of days later I came back to look for something I forgot in the previous car. I spoke with Jenna again (what a joy) she was eating and left what she was doing to take care of me because the office was jammed. She was, again, very efficient, pleasant and exceptionally kind. I left with the item I was looking for and with the impression that I would never go to another business if every representative would treat me half as great as Jenna did. Overall, the rental experience was fine. I didn't have to wait long and the employees were helpful. The one complaint I had though was that while they provided two keys to the vehicle, these keys were permanently linked together with a steel hoop. My wife and I couldn't each have a key during the trip. Moreover, the charge for losing a key is something like $280 but since they force the customer to carry both keys together, losing them would automatically reach around $560. When I inquired why they would not separate the keys, I was told they wanted to ensure they had both keys when they would eventually sell the car (it seems customers occasionally lost a key--however, the business charges to replace it, so I don't see the logic). However, to inconvenience a customer now for the sake of their future profit is, in my opinion, poor business practice. read more

I stood around with a number of other standees for quite some time before an undoubtedly competent employee had time to finish a task and attend to new business at hand. I rented a car from enterprise not long ago and the guy Johnathan acted like he didn't know what he was doing when I returned the car the next day and his customer service was way off base I will never rent from them again. read more

Haley is very rude and disrespectful with her can't walk in heels ass!!! I won't EVER do business with Valdosta enterprise again. I recommend others go elsewhere. Customer service is not a factor in this particular enterprise, as they are slow about doing everything especially putting u in a car. I waited a whole 45 minutes to be put in a car with problems!!! The Customer Service was great. I was in and out within 30 mins. of my pick-up time (early morning - busy office). The entire staff behind the counter was working hard to assist everybody in line. They greeted guest coming informing them, they will be right with them. However, the vehicle was not so good. It is need of serious maintenance. We felt every bump in the road - even on smooth surface. We had to stop on the road on several occasion making adjustments to the driver's seat until finally just dealing with it. Would I rent from them again? Of course because of the customer service experience. The car issue would be worked out because I have rented from them before. read more

We were on our way to Houston, TX from Valdosta, GA when the car broke down in Pensacola, FL- a Toyota, Camry. My 88 year old mom was with us. We called the 800# for help & were told to call a tow truck to take us to the airport. I said I rented a car to avoid hassles. My mother is not able to climb into a truck & neither is my husband who is handicapped. Why can't you bring me a replacement car from the nearest office & take back the old car? Ding, ding, ding! It wasn't long before this nice man was there with a Ford Edge. Beautiful, smooth ride. Only one problem: it's very high off the ground. My mom & my husband had a hard time getting in & out of it. But we made it to Houston the next day, and the following day we went to the nearest Enterprise & exchanged it for a Nissan Sentra. Very uncomfortable, but easier to get in & out of. Anyway, with all the switching around I lost my sunglasses, my Bible & my devotional. But I have to say the service is good, except for the long wait upon return. read more
