This location didn't have a car ready at my pregnant wife's appointment time. Mean while the whole staff wasn't doing anything but sitting in their chairs talking to each other. What kind of business do you guys run here??? If you can avoid this place by going out of your way 20-30 minutes I would. These people do not care about you. This location is NOT at the Valdosta airport . Very very slow I waited 45mins to get the vehicle I reserved.

This place customer service is gone downhill just a shell of what they used to be. First I'm gonna start with I reserved a 15 passenger vehicle I was gonna be needing for the weekend so my church members could make it to a conference. Keep in mind hotels and conference accommodations were paid in advance. So I speak with a guy from this location the day before who confirmed my reservation and stated the vehicle will be ready. I asked if it was possible to pick the vehicle up early and he stated I could pick it up at 11am because we planned to leave at 12:30pm. Now the day of the reservation I calling to inform them I was heading that way, and I get the same guy from the day before. I told him I was preparing to head that way and he tells me that the vehicle I was requesting had a flat tire and that it should be own the way as soon as it's fixed. This was at 10:30am and so I told him there was no way the vehicle would be here in time and he said he would check to see what they could offer to accommodate us then give me a call back before pickup time. 11:40 I called and spoke with a lady who basically told me they had no 12-15 van and they could rent me 2 vehicles to accommodate us not being able to have the van. She stated they tried to call me at my old number I haven't even used in over 2 years. I said my correct number was on my reservation so how you call wrong number and second I spoke with someone in your location the evening before so if you didn't have a vehicle why didn't you say so then. So I drive to location and what do I see ..OH a 12-15 passenger van sitting right there. So I call back the girl stated the all vans were reserved and that van was to be rented on Saturday, while my reservation was today Friday. Now got to scramble to try and get vehicles to get everyone there. And NO ONE called to even check on me. I will never used them again. This location makes me not want to deal with any Enterprise Car rental ever again. Had to give a star just to do review they are actually a 0 star. read more

Awful! just AWFUL!! they treat you like your a bother. We rented 3 times in past 4 months. First time waited (with reservations) more than an hour. I was told they were sterilizing the suv. It pulled up with mud all over bottom sides and in door sills and carpet. windows looked as if cleaned with muddy water(ALL 3 SUV have looked this way). wish I could post photos. ALL 3 SUV's were filthy interior and windows and exterior . I spent $15 after picking up each time to have them cleaned just to see out of the windows. This time the Suburban has a broken tail light, mud tires in the rear of the vehicle only , not in the front and it's NOT 4X4 like the (untrained) employee told me was the reason for this. smells like smoke and some residue smeared all throughout the interior that won't come off. I asked to be called when a replacement comes in and I am still waiting a week. No call back yet. I can go on and on but I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears. Hire cleaners that care AND ACTUALLY CLEAN. AND retrain the interior people and ask them not to lie about why I'm waiting so long with a reservation when there are 5 employees and 3 customers in there. read more

I've seen some negative reviews of this location, I was a little skeptical at first, but after being hit by another car and totaling my vehicle, I needed a rental. This was the place the at-fault party selected so I figured I'd go with it. I was told my pickup time, but was called a day early to pick up the car, and was told over the phone all the necessary information to bring. I was also emailed a form to fill out in advance, which made the pickup process even quicker. The representatives were all super friendly and the pickup process was straightforward. It's now been a few days and they've already called me to check in and answer any questions or concerns about the rental. Super sweet customer service in my experience so far. Where do I begin. Everything was wrong. Car was dirty, employee was calling mechanic shops to see if vehicles were ready to be picked up an hour and a half after they were open. That should've been done right at opening. Didn't call to say that the vehicle won't be ready and that it would be a 45 minute wait or I would've driven my own vehicle. Requested pickup at hotel ... big mistake! Even tho correct contact had been provided SEVERAL times, it was ignored & they called my husband's phone ... he was not on this trip. When they FINALLY called him to let him know they were waiting outside the hotel, he called me to let me know. I was sitting in the lobby ... only person sitting there. There was nothing on the vehicle to indicate it was Enterprise & the driver didn't bother to come in. Then instead of heading to the Enterprise location which was about a 5 minute drive away, he turned onto the highway to drive 10 minutes farther away to pick up someone else before going to the Enterprise office. What should have taken about 5 minutes took 30! Once to the office which has plenty of employees it took some time to actually get the vehicle. Thankfully, when we dropped off the rental here in Acworth, the employees (with than half the number of the Valdosta location ) were 100% efficient and courteous. read more

The nightmare continues. Enterprise representative HH whom responded to my initial review stating he would help but never did a thing. Nor did HH contact me as promised regarding the horrific treatment received at the Valdosta Georgia enterprise office on 5/7/20. Reservations 1616036603 from Valdosta Georgia 5/7 and the returning reservation from Queensbury NY 5/22 res # 2039857420 has now turned out to be a nightmare once again as well. When leaving Queensbury on 5/22/20, I and my son were assured that the vehicle given could be dropped off in Valdosta Georgia ( 950 N St Augustine Rd, Valdosta Georgia) on Saturday 5/23 after closing hours due to the 20 hour drive. We were assured that they checked with the Valdosta branch and a drop box was definitely available!!!! Well upon return, roughly the 10th piece of misinformation given by enterprise representatives was encountered. I'll attach a photo. Not only was there no lock box for the key, but the property was being used by vagrants as a sleeping area making my son feel incredibly unsafe. He left the vehicle, took the key so so the rental wouldn't be stolen and jumped into his own vehicle and raced away! This rental return in Valdosta ended just like the first one on 5/7 began. Incredible incompetence and unprofessionalism. Read my earlier reviews from 5/7 and you may be shocked by the horrendous treatment my son received on 5/7 when leaving Valdosta Ga. So the end of this nightmare is still in process until someone contacts us for the key. I reported this in detail on 5/23 to a Enterprise customer service agent whom couldn't believe it himself. Stay away from Enterprise Rent a Car. Promises of FULL compensation which I even recorded while told by phone by Enterprise corporate office of course was not provided as promised. Worst service I ever experienced with Enterprise. I was notified at 7pm on Tuesday to tell me that I did not have a rental for Wednesday at 9am. So I quickly schedule a vehicle at the nearest location in Tifton, GA. At 2pm, I finally get a call saying there was a vehicle waiting. I had to travel 40 miles to pick up a rental. When I get to Tifton, the manager checks me in with no walk around, an empty tank, and I wasn't given a total. He never even said I apologize for the inconvenience...just gave me the keys and walked away. But not before he sarcastically questioned me about what I did for a living and where I worked. Also, I got a huge van that I was very uncomfortable driving. The guy washing the cars says 'I don't know why he's holding these cars. These were scheduled for this morning and he is just holding them'. So of course, I couldn't change the vehicle. I called in on Sat. after returning the vehicle and made a complaint. No one called me back and no compensation for my inconvenience and poor customer service. As a long time customer, I felt very disrespected and disappointed. I have always spoke highly of Enterprise and referred all of my patients to them when they needed vehicles. I won't use Enterprise again. I'll take my money to a company that values my business. read more
