This enterprise Location who's ran by a young lady name Tiffany was very rude and a con artist. I use enterprise all the time. She randomly ran my card for 381 dollars. She said that's for a drop off fee. Which I looked up the drop off fee it says $140. She still charged me an extra $160 dollars. This is horrible Customer Service. Also it's stealing. I will never in my life go to that location and I definitely would tell everyone to stay away from this locatio. read more

I wish I could give a half a star only because the gentleman that helped me had a great attitude, although the girl that was in there with him had an I don't care disposition that was very evident. I scheduled an SUV six months in advance for eight people that would have provided trunk space and space under the seats for luggage. When I arrived, I was given a seven-passenger vehicle with a console in the middle of the second seat, not to mention no space under the seats. My family traveled 12 hours with seven adults and two children with two cars seats meaning one adult at all times had to travel in between two car seats with no leg space. Our trip was horrible because Enterprise did not keep their end of the bargain. If you make reservations six months in advance, that should give you the advantage to receive the services you expect. I hope I NEVER have to go to this location again! read more

There was no wait time when I requested the pick up, drop off service was just as fast. I needed to add a day and that process was also seamless. Easily the most complicated and frustrating rental interaction in my considerable travel experience. As I usually rent at airports, I was amazed at the increase in bureaucracy and red tape at this local rental office. I truly understand the employees - all very nice - are just following rules and policy, and I feel for them, because they must encounter the level of frustration I had on a daily basis. After reading some of the posts it reminded me of a rental I got last year. The local office told me they had nothing. I got a ride to Clinton where I had a confirmed reservation. Got there, my ride had to go on to Alabama, and found they could not only not find the confirmed reservation (I had called the toll free number 2 times and it was very much confirmed), they had NOTHING!!!!! Two others came in while I was there with the same problem. The very nice people there called around and found me a vehicle, took me to the location on the other side of Jackson, and waited until I was able to leave (I had trouble getting in the large pickup, the only vehicle available in town and I had trouble getting in due to back problems). This was after the time they were supposed to close. They explained that the toll free number was a call center and they often didn't have up to date info. Great folks who performed well under a lot of stress. P.S. On the website now trying to find a rental again and nothing because of Mardi Gras. read more

One word to describe this experience: Frustrating Cliche phrase that best fit the venue: "I've had better" Summary: my experience here started great with a fast pick up from my hotel. Unfortunately, that was the best part of my experience. After arriving at the front office, I wasn't greeted or asked to be helped. It seemed like the morning crew behind the front desk was running behind schedule. When I was finally acknowledged of being in the same room as these workers, my account was promptly brought up and we concluded our interaction in about 90 seconds. Signed my paperwork and was told my car would be bright around very shortly... it was "being worked on and almost finished." Seeing that statement was relative to whoever is interpreting it... I waited for approximately 15-20 minutes. I wasn't given any updates on how long I'd be waiting. So... wait I did.. and I just floated around the small 30' x 30' waiting area. Finally when the car was brought forward, the Enterprise worker brushed past me and I again was left to my own devices. The car JUST came out of the wash and was still drilling with water everywhere. It was hard to look through my front window for a minute and the side view mirrors. Additionally, the inside smelled like someone just dumped a gallon of air refresher... which gave me a headache. I'm surprised I didn't stroke out pulling out of the parking lot. Obviously, this experience could have been better. I've rented from Enterprise many times and this is the first time I've really been disappointed with their service and conduct. Two stars for the pick up... 0 stars for customer service and product. Seek other options in Vicksburg if you have a choice. read more

We got a dud of a car from a New Orleans Enterprise location (side note: meanest customer service I've ever experienced) that immediately showed the "change oil" light. Titi and Stacy in Vicksburg got us all fixed up with a new car for the rest of our journey, even though they were low on cars. They were nothing but friendly and solution-oriented, unlike the people we dealt with in NOLA. Highly recommend these folks! read more

I'd give less if I could. Tried to rent a car for a weekend while flying warbirds with my friends across the river at Tallulah. Wanted to drop car off at the airport, like I've done thousands of time at other airports all over the country. Folks at the desk denote arrival time and that terminates the rental. Except here, that ain't how we do it. You owe us for the car until we get there "some time Monday"... And I asked, what if you can't get there and it's Tuesday? Clock's still ticking. YGBSM! I will hitchhike before this kind of extortion; they are the only game in town. read more
