I reserved a car a couple weeks in advace for a out of town work trip. I was schedule to pick the car up at 8:00 am. I arrived at 8 and was told they did not have a car on the lot but if I could be a little flexible they might have one at 3:00pm. I had a 9 hour drive, so ended up taking my personal vehicle. I am very disappointed in my experience with this rental place. I was initially told over the phone that I would have a car by Monday. I arrived and was pushed back to Thursday 10 am. The very kind worker showed us to the car to inspect and last minute disclosed it would need an oil change and would need to wait for a new car. This company needs to improve on their professionalism, punctuality, and efficiency. There should already be a full inspection of the car before telling a paying customer that there is one ready for them. However, after waiting an hour we were upgraded from a Sedan to an SUV that smells like cigarettes. read more

Worst experience ever Google enterprise rent a car and hail damage claims. Fraud You will see reports from at least 5-6 other states wjere renter's have been accused of hail damage and there was no hail in the area. Let me back up Thank you to the girl who signed us up for the rental car after my jeep got totaled by a deer. The rental car was under my husband's name since the policy is under his name We asked if I needed to be on the agreement as a driver. She asked who I was in relationship to the policy holder and I said I am his husband. And questioned the word husband from 2 men. I confirmed that we were legally married. Her reply " oh! No we don't have to add him since you are (change our h in voice and clap hands together) "legally binded"! We went through the review of the car and pointed out many things and were shut down saying they knew where everything was and it does not matter if the damage is smaller then the size of a quarter. Returned car and the regional manager checked us out and told us there was significant hail damage to the car. He was less then polite and accused us of driving out of state when I pulled up the hail weather map and showed him that there was no bail in Missouri in Months. He was a rude ass. Arguments back and forth and then we left and called out insurance agent. They tried to make a claim but it insurance told them the same thing - no hail - and denied the claim. Had to get a replacement vehicle on Sunday but couldn't because of closure. when I got to location at 1pm which was pre-arranged had to waited 30 minutes due to understaffing. Once served the vehicle was dirty and required a cleaning which took additional time. read more

If I could rate a zero I would. I've had multiple problems with the only rental car place in town. I travel for work and use a lot of rental cars, usually flying in and renting at other locations. I had planned to drive, and didn't want to use my personal car. I reserved a car from enterprise, they called to confirm the day before; no mention of maybe not having any cars available. I show up, I see there aren't cars in the lot, and I'm told there aren't any cars as I walk in. I ask about my reservation and am told that the car I reserved was extended, so nothing is available. I ask why wasn't he told no, and the car reserved for me, hence the purpose of a reservation. He laughs and says " that's not how it works". I'm a little confused because that's exactly how it should work, and I lose my patience and leave angry. No solutions were offered, and no attempt to resolve; just no cars and nothing will be available today. They're closed on Sunday, so I guess I maybe could have gotten a car on Monday? Unfortunate, I travel near 200 days a year, and am often asked who I recommend and who not use; and enterprise will definitely be top of the list for never to use. read more

I reserved my reservations, I even called and confirmed before I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I got there the lady did not even acknowledge me and ignored me! I told her about my reservation and I had my reservation number, she then tells me they don't have the vehicle available. Terrible way to do business, I strongly suggest finding a different company to rent a vehicle from, especially not from enterprise in Warrensburg, MO 64093. If they do business like this at one enterprise they do business like this at ALL enterprise car rental! read more

I made reservations to rent a car to drive to a family funeral that was out of state. When I showed up at 8am they did not have the reserved vehicle available nor did they have ANY vehicle to rent to me. They told me I could make the 1 hour drive to the Blue Springs location which had one vehicle but they said it was first come first serve. If someone wanted the vehicle before I could get there it would be gone REGARDLESS of our reservation. I mean doesn't that defeat the purpose of a reservation? Being limited on time, I said I would wait until they could get me a vehicle at the location. After 3 hours of waiting they finally had a car delivered and was able to leave but due to the delay, I was not able to make it to the visitation services in time to attend. I was very disappointed in the entire process. On top of everything the car they gave us was not the vehicle we had reserved. It was VERY tiny and VERY uncomfortable to have 4 adults traveling 14 hours straight. read more

Online price is a scam. Enterprise ALWAYS charges more on your card after the fact use Hertz.

it's a great service and reasonably priced. it was great to have the car for the trip to my granddaughter's wedding. thank you enterprise.
