I had issues going on with my AC in my car for quite a bit. I originally went to Warrensburg Quick Lube & Tire to see what was wrong, and they referred me to Elite Auto to get the job done. Not only are they quick at what they do, they're also efficient and not in it to rob you blind. It was a costly job and they got it done in a day and a half, and made sure not to get replacement parts that were over priced to do it. Do not take your vehicle here. They are crooks. They told me I needed a new clutch for my vehicle ($1600.00) My instincts told me Wrong-O. I took it to another auto repair dealer. They told me I didn't need a new clutch. So I was right on about Elite. I know my vehicle inside and out. Have had it since I ordered it brand new. So I go to pick it up and the mechanic told me not to drive it or I could have an accident which was a lie. I never had the work done on it by them and drove it home. So I could have been ripped off $1600.00 drove it home with the same problem. Never again will I go there.. People please shop around. Don't just pick the first mechanic you see. Talk to people and read reviews. If someone says Elite is good then still talk to other people about other mechanics. read more

I took my car there 2 times, each for different reasons. The first time, they replaced all of my spark plugs and an ignition coil. The second time, a fuel injector got stuck open and had to take it back. Very quick and prompt service. Here's where a star got knocked off. They told me over the phone that there would be a chance that my catalytic converter would have gone out. Instead of them asking me to fix it (in which I would have said yes), they had assumed I didn't want it fixed. I hadn't even made it home and it went out. I wish they would have offered to fix it while it was still there, but overall, a very knowledgeable and honest shop, and service is great. read more

This place is a little out-of-the-way. They're not real friendly. They won't give you a ride to work. And the office is dark and a little dirty. However, I couldn't care less about any of those things because they have REPEATEDLY done me and my cars right. They're always honest and won't charge you for anything you don't need. In fact, they regularly find ways to save me money on parts and labor. I highly recommend them to anyone in Warrensburg needing work done on their car. They have me as a customer for life. read more

I took my 2009 Jeep to dealership to be evaluated for a problem with lights on panel for "check AB / check 4wd / cruise control not working" ( which cost $145 and 2 1/2 hours waiting) with a cost of over $800 to replace the right rear wheel speed sensor part , which was 7-10 days out for ordering ! After I picked myself up , I got online. I called and talked to Theresa at Elite Auto Repair in Warrensburg . She was very nice and even though very busy got me in asap. Mark fixed my car at 1/4 price of dealership- very cost efficient & he explained everything to me before fixing it. A 3-7 day repair too almost two weeks to get done. Didn't even make 200 miles before my transmission blew up on the highway. Another shop discovered they didn't even put the lines back in correctly. Unprofessional, only redeeming quality was the politeness with reception read more

I took my car into this garage because it was sporadically overheating. A friend had done some minor, easy fixes but they hadn't solved the problem. The owner was courteous and welcoming when I arrived even though they were short their receptionist for the day. I don't know anyone locally as I'm new to area and he was happy to take me home while they looked at my car. The spent time reviewing the car and when they couldn't reproduce the overheating that I was experiencing, he contacted me and told me that if it did it again, just bring the car right on in and that I didn't need to call. He identified the mechanic who had worked on my car so that I could ask for him if it overheated again. I found this auto repair shop to be honest and above board, courteous and friendly and would not hestitate to go back or recommend them to anyone with car issues.
