My son hit a deer this morning so I called Enterprise for a rental. The lady on the phone was friendly just doing her job but enterprise has rules about giving prices for rentals over the phone with a list of question no one has an answer for like how long will you need the car? Without a Crystal ball how can anyone know that answer? Even the shop can't know the answer they can only guess. I always try to do business locally but looks like I'll have to go elsewhere. That the world we live in today they want all your life information all your data so they can sell it? Why? Just answer the question every person who needs to rent a car wants to know. We honestly had the best rental car situation at this location! The staff were so friendly and helpful and they were very thorough when it came to inspecting the car and getting us set up. There was a little confusion about the gas tank when we returned it and they went out of their way to correct a mistake in their system. The Toyota RAV4 we rented was okay, nothing amazing but it got the job done! Thankful for the great staff for making it an easy transition for us. read more

The experience was one for the books I've been traveling for work for the past 2 years on the road 3 out of the 4 weeks in a month so I rent a lot of vehicle and I like to try and stick to one company for the perks. I'm headed out of town for a vacation and this is the closest enterprise to me, I booked a midsize suv Nissan rouge or similar 3 months in advance. When I arrive they offer me a compact suv and THEN I'm offered a Chevy Malibu stating "that's the only other vehicle they have" after I refuse and ask if I should just go to another location they then offer me another compact suv stating in their system it's considered "mid sized" after I complained for the 3rd time a woman at the front desk is asking me to justify myself as to why I would need a bigger car and how many people I would need. The absolute most disappointing , inconvenient experience I've ever had in my car rental history. I just recently moved to the area and had to drop my car off for repairs before work. Four days prior, I reserved a car at this Washington location. The plan was to drop my car off at the repair shop, catch my prebooked Uber to Enterprise and pick up the rental car so I could drive to work. The day before my reservation, I got a call confirming pickup with instructions on what to bring with me. The reservation was for 7:30am the next day, and my Uber got me there at 7:15am. At about 7:20am, 10 minutes priory to my reservation, I get a call from an Enterprise representative telling me that they didn't have any cars for anyone with reservations that day and asked if I was flexible. Of course I was not because I needed to get to work. To make matters worse, unless you prebook an Uber like I did the night before to get to Enterpise, there aren't any rides available on demand in Washington. So I had to take PTO, inconvenience my clients and walk 2 miles on HWY 100 in the cold to get back home. Luckily, the car repair shop is accross the street from me, so getting my car back wasn't an issue. I don't fault the representative on the phone. He was very cordial and apologetic. He's was doing his job and placed in an ugly situation. I fault Enterprise for having such a terrible business model that they put both of us in this situation. So now, I will never be able to trust Enterprise's website looking for available cars to rent, knowing that just 10 minutues before my reservation, they could just tell me that they don't actually have any cars at all. And in Washington, they are the only car rental place available which means there no other rental options. From now on, if I need to take my car in for repairs, I will probably have to take it outside of Washington in a locatioin where there are plenty of Uber rides and multiple car rental companies near each other that are not Enterprise. I will never rent a car from them again. read more

This location is by far the worst one I have dealt with. Most of the time they don't have the vehicle that we would book. Ex when we need a mid size or large suv that doesn't mean we can use a damn impact car after we book it. So the rental we have now from this location had a light on the dash, one key fob is busted and missing it's buttons, and the battery's are low. Well called up there to return the vehicle. Now this is the day we are going out of town( which most people do when renting a vehicle). For one it took over an hour to ahold of a worker at this location. Then when we finally got a hold of someone they basically said for us to service it ourselves or take a very small compact car. Which is not what we paid for. It's already a stressful day trying to leave for a trip and make sure you got everything now you want me to go take a car that's not mine to the shop. Oh and when I called the shop( that they recommended )they basically said oh well we don't do those jobs and we couldn't get it today. Smh. Well I took a look and hopefully the light stays off now.And hopefully this piece of shit vehicle doesn't break down on our 3.hour drive. So far the majority of the times I have had to come to this location have not been great. Always an issue. I would recommend a different company if there's another option. Unfortunately when you live in smaller towns you don't have that option so we have to deal with shit like this. Good luck to anyone that has to go here. Should be one star but I actually like enterprise as a company just not this location. Always an issue. I just edited and changed it to 3 stars because the employee did call back and offer a different impact car but again to small. They said the closest one would be an hour away. But never offered to go get it to swop it out. But idk if they even do that for their customers. Well I'm back to make another edit. After loading the car and cooling it down with the windows down, we'll when rolling up the windows the damn driver window didn't want to roll up. Had to make it roll up. Know I'm changing to a 1 star. This is damn ridiculous. Horrible business practicing at this location. I'm recommending go to a different town and hopefully have better luck. This car only has 52,000 miles and drives like shit. Update. I guess it was a good thing we were running behind because we got a call back a few hours later. They let us come in and trade the vehicle in for a different one. Changed to 4 stars because the guy that exchanged our vehicle was very nice and helpful. read more
