These jerks over charged me by $323. Be careful and do not worry about filling the gas tank. They will still charge you. JERKS!

Absolutely worst customer service experience I've had. First I had a full size pick up paid for and…read morethey try to pass off a midsize pick up to me and said that all they had and too bad. I kept saying no I paid for a full size. Suddenly a full size pick up shows up, with dirty socks in the trunk, and on the way home the low tire pressure comes on. So I go back and ask for a new truck and they give me my third truck. I go to check it out and the back left taillight is shattered. I go in again to have them get me another truck. The lady said that's all they have. I'm like okay can you call me another store then? She said no I already did. No she didn't I was outside for less an a minute. Also how would she know to call another store for me before I even saw the truck. I ask again can you please call another store? So she did and put it on speaker. After three rings she ends the call and says "no answer." This truck rental is for my wedding in another state that I leave for the same day as the rental pick up. So after them not having any other trucks. And after the third truck and the guy saying "it's fine the tail light still works." I said "No, I'm not driving a truck states over with a busted taillight and not get a ticket on the way." With no other options I take the second truck again and ask the male to come check to make sure the tire is okay. He did not and told ME to go take it to Firestone. And if there's first storms all over and they can just bill budget. That shouldn't be my responsibility to get their vehicle checked and fixed on my time. Firestone being busy said it might be a slow leak, which it was. Also never got a receipt because they already processed the third truck. She just wrote the truck number for the second truck on the third truck paperwork and kept it. So each day for my 9 day rental every morning I had to fill my tire up because it deflated over night. On the way home the back tail light went out and low on wiper fluid popped up. Never again will I ever go to O'Fallon budget and use Budget rentals.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Go to Enterprise. Thought I was saving $40, cost $80 more once I got hit with undisclosed increases and fees. Frequent renter all over the country. Never experienced such bad customer service. These people are there to screw you over.

What makes this worse is what the campaigns are actually about. Nissan's own campaign bulletin says that on certain 2023 to 2024 ARIYA vehicles, a failed over-the-air update for the navigation/IVI system can leave the vehicle in a no-start condition, meaning the IGN ON inhibit control is not released and the car may not start. Nissan's remedy is to update the IVI software and, if needed, the CAN gateway software. Enterprise's response? They told me to ask Nissan for a rental car and go to another dealer. So the company that sold me the car wanted someone else to deal with the consequences. That is unacceptable. I understand Nissan classifies these as voluntary service campaigns rather than a safety recall, but that does not change the fact that the issue Nissan describes can leave the vehicle unable to start and needing dealer intervention. What really stands out is that Nissan's campaign bulletin specifically says customers should consult their dealer for alternate transportation availability while the vehicle is being serviced, and it even lists rental expense guidance. Instead of helping, Enterprise pushed me off on Nissan and another dealer. If you buy from Enterprise, verify recalls, campaigns, and service history yourself, because once they have your money, you may find out their idea of customer service is telling you to go somewhere else.
