Please please be careful from renting from this site. Their hours are subject to making xtra money. They close at 12:00noon on Sat. and not open on Sunday. Trust me they are out at 12:01. So, they have a drop off box and if you use it you still have to pay for it sitting on their lot when close what an expensive get over to customers, If you get stuck in traffic or have any thing else they get not one but two days more on the rental. This is why you should go elsewhere. I'm a senior and was robbed by Enterprise Car Rental. Called every day for a week and no upper management has gotten back to me. Manager at branch said, there is nothing he can do for me. I said, look at the camera the car sat in you lot for two days. if I would have been told about this I would have used the vehicle. I needed a rental last minute because someone hit my car! That Saturday I called around 1130 and they were closing at 12 so I didn't have much time! Thankfully I lived right up the street! Alex was the one who took care of the reservation and all I had to do when I got there was sign my name! Very fast transaction and what a nice man!!! He was super helpful and fulfilled my needs! He gave me a GMC SUV, The car was beautiful, everything was neat, clean and the car was fully filled with gas! I just wanted to thank them for working with me and my insurance company!!! Julia Melnyk the supposed manager of this location. A show of hands who would pay full retail rental price for this car. I travel all over the world and have never had so many issues with rental cars from this location. 3 out of our last 4 rentals had an issue from this location. The best part the manager told me verbatim "you guys are always trying to get a discount when you rent from us". She also said this car was detailed and the stains can't come out. Guess what, I was able to get one of the stains out with water and paper towels. There was also an empty water bottle in the car. This means this location isn't even cleaning their cars properly. I'm the nicest guy on the planet but when you try to get over on me. This will create a problem. The area manager will be calling me shortly and customer service told me this isn't acceptable despite what she told me on the phone. I will not stop now until something is done now. Everyone reading this review for your own reference, please pay attention before you drive off the lot with the car. I'm pretty sure these photos will make everyone sick. Julia needs another class on customer service. It's really sad. Update: I was told an area manager would call me to address the situation. Guess what, not one person has called me. The response to my review from enterprise was a waste of time. Julia told me on the phone that my case would come back to her and get dismissed. She must of been telling the truth. i had the worse experience ever dealing with Richard & Patrick today. These two do not need to work in customer service nor with women at all. The treatment I received today due to their egos, unprofessionalism, lies and lack of availability for my reservation and needs as a customer was unreal. My initial reservation was at 9am. I have two voicemails and had two phone conversations with staff all before 8:30a wanting to and suggesting to change my reservation made due to them not having what I booked. After being held up few times from my morning routine to work, I confirmed before my arrival if I was switching to a different vehicle other than what I needed due to them having to rent what I reserved to insurance carriers that I'd be receiving a discounted rate of $37 a day in which is what I as a member could have chosen online during booking. Patrick said this wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, he denied me of this rate and said he can only discount $2 off my original booking. I'm upset now because after two phone conversations and an Uber ride there this was disappointing. Now, I say we'll I'll just take the pick up. They say you have to wait 20 minutes for it to come from Glenside. They pull around a burgundy ram more than 3 years old, bumper dented, paint chipped. I say for this rate this what y'all got. The situation is getting worse and I learn to rent the pick up I need to use my credit card. At the moment that was impossible so i ask for something smaller. Richard comes out, chest flared up because he hears my demands about expecting a nicer vehicle and better service as a customer and tells me he's refusing my rental all together. I didn't cuss at these staff or get disrespectful. What I did express was disappointment and told them that they were a complete inconvenience to me and the results of what they offered wasn't fair. Neither of them even tried to help or make the situation of satisfaction for me as a customer. They told me to leave and walked away. Ending result. No rental, had to call out from work and walked home in the pouring rain all due to them knowing from the jump they didn't have an acceptable or available vehicle to rent to me. I have been renting from this location for over 10 years. Often times my experience is pleasant and runs smooth. Today, it was horrible. I've never received this type of treatment before. I have left different reviews for different staff overtime an i honestly believe my experience was retaliation due to my previous reports overtime. We were recently traveling to Vermont and needed an SUV to handle all of our gear, not too mention the potential for significant snow. In the past, we had rented Jeep Grand Cherokees. We find these vehicles to be comfortable, stylish and good on gas. We called Enterprise Willow Grove, PA, about 3 weeks prior to our trip and inquired about the vehicle. Jack, who my wife spoke to, said he'd do his best to locate a Jeep for us. As that was no assurance we called Enterprise corporate and learned that Jeep Grand Cherokees were a rare find in their inventory. We considered other options. About a week prior to our trip we heard from Jack. He had located a Jeep and assured us he'd have it ready for us at our appointed time. As we arrived on the day of our trip we noticed the Jeep gleaming as we pulled onto the Enterprise lot. Jack's colleague, Eric, reviewed every aspect of the vehicle with us. When he learned we were going to New England he threw a heavy duty ice scraper into the back and filled the washer fluid to the top. The interior of the Jeep was spotless! Though renting this particular vehicle was expensive Jack suggested we take the weekly rate even though we were only renting for 5 days, which saved us a little money. The Jeep handled well through wet New England weather. The seats were so comfortable we hardly felt we were in a vehicle for 6+ hours! When we realized we might not make it back in time on the 5th day we called Jack who told us that it was not a problem. We kept the Jeep for an extra day - at a charge of $2!! - and returned it at our convenience. To say we are delighted by this entire Enterprise experience would be an understatement. From the personalize effort to their accessibility these people were fantastic! They will be our go-to car rental place for future trips. read more

I can't say enough about the service I received at this location. Everyone went out of their way to be of assistance to me at this difficult time. Eric drove the 3 miles to pick me up and bring me to their location to get my car; Jack (the manager) worked *tirelessly* to find a car that wasn't too big or fancy, and Joe opened the doors for me AN HOUR after they closed because I accidentally left my house keys on the car fob and dropped them both in the key box. I pray I'll never be in a situation to need a rental car again, but if I am, I'm coming back to Enterprise at Willow Grove. Period. read more

Made a mistake reserving a rental car from this place. I went on line and reserved a vehicle within the price range that our Auto Insurance allowed while our private vehicle was getting the body work done. Upon arrival, a female Enterprise manager rudely advised us that they do not have the vehicle we reserved because we failed to call the Enterprise (her) for a reservation. In communicating this to us, we observed her rudeness in her body language to the point that we felt she was literally scolding us, a customer who was there to give them the business. Go figure. With that said, she now tried to get us into a more expensive rental vehicle. I showed her the reservation confirmation printout that included the reservation number and the time I was going to pick up the vehicle. Glad that I brought that piece of paper with me. I asked her why I had to call her office when my reservation confirmation showed all the details. Rather than apologizing, she tried to brush her screw ups and said that everything is ok because now she has a vehicle for us within the Insurance allowed price range, just like that. She did not want to hear me at all. She rudely kept saying, everything is ok because she now has a rental vehicle for us. She would not give me a chance to "scold" her back... Wow!! Not that I wanted to hear her apologies, but had she simply admitted her oversight and that she was not aware of "ON-LINE" reservation confirmation process in a "low pitched voice," I would have been ok with that. She was very unprofessional to say the least, and she was a manager at this location, really? She left a very bad taste of this Enterprise rental place. Went to return my rental and I called the store asking if they are able to pick it up from my auto body shop. They said to call them when I got to the body shop and they'd come get it. I called when I arrived and they said they don't have anyone now but will come get it in a half hour. Hours pass and the body shop closes at 4:30 so I called the store again, and now they have no one to pick up the car, said they'd get it the following morning. It is now the following afternoon and no one has picked up the car that I abandoned in a lot with out of state plates and keys. The stores are of course closed. No amount of calling anyone is getting me any help. They said if anything happens to the car it's still technically in my possession and damages are on me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I returned the car. They failed to pick it up for over 24 hours now after they said they would THREE times. How any of this became my problem is beyond me. This could have not even been an issue if they were truthful when I went to return the car originally. I would have dropped it off at the store and ubered to the body shop. Never renting from this location again, or Enterprise as a whole since even customer service basically told me it's my problem and we just have to wait for someone to decide if they want to pick the car up or not. read more

They don't accept rentals from anyone who does not have a credit card. I offered a security deposit and they still said no. I'm from out of state and what they basically was telling me is without a Pennsylvania DL and a Major CC I can't rent a car. This is not typically the case in my area. All I have needed in the past was my debit card, drivers license, a security deposit or check for the amount of the security deposit. read more

I regularly rent cars for business travel, but fortunately haven't had to very often for personal use. After an accident my insurance company sent me to Enterprise for a vehicle. My insurance company processed the reservation, but when I went to the branch they didn't have a vehicle "assigned" to me so fast forward two hours later and I'm finally getting a vehicle. The only vehicle they were willing to give me was a very small older model car, so I ended up HAVING to upgrade. Keep in mind my two hour wait was spent in a filthy store with flys EVERYWHERE, which wouldn't have been the end of the world had I not been there so long. So I finally get in the vehicle and am ecstatic to be getting out of there... until I realize the car has NO GAS. So I have to proceed directly to the nearest station to fill up. Fast forward two weeks, the car is returned and I ask for my bill (which should've been the upgrade fee only) and everything looks ok and I leave. About a week later I look at my checking account and they have made SEVERAL withdrawals from my account nearly doubling the actual cost. I call and speak with the assistant manager who is apologetic and corrects the charges. Two weeks later here I am AGAIN looking at my bank account to see more money has been withdrawn. Call the store and the store manager is so NASTY AND FOUL I have to hang up and call my insurance company and bank to handle the issue. I would NEVER trust giving this place any sort of financial access (which is obviously needed to rent a car) so in other words don't EVER go to this location they are THEIFS, NASTY AND INCOMPETENT. read more

Jarrod, Jim and the whole team at Willow Grove are fantastic. They always go out of their way to make renting a car easy and have a good variety of options. I've rented everything from a Ford Fusion to a Ford Explorer and a Chevrolet Camaro Convertible to a Jaguar XF. The cars are always clean and in great shape. Everyone has a horror story with car rentals and the deceptions and scams...but this location is a friendly, neighbourly, efficient experience every time. Ive rented at least 6 cars from them and my family has rented more and we all agree how they just do things better. They will continue to get our business for our rental needs. Made reservation on line; they were quick to confirm - and even reminded me when the rental day was approaching. Quick, easy car check-out. Drop-off painless. Helpful staff. Clean, non-smoked-in car. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is Kia Sorento minivan has HUGH blind spots - so those of you not accustomed to driving a long minivan need to be extra careful when changing lanes...plenty spacious for 6 adults and all our stuff for a week at the beach...even with a greater than 12 hour drive each way. read more

We rented a van over a weekend for a long trip. A few hours after returning the van, my son realized that he had left a small toy in the van. When I called, I was informed that the van had already been rented at another location, however they followed up with a co-worker and located the toy within a few minutes. An employee then returned the toy to the orignal location that we rented from within an hour. My 5 year was very happy and I was very pleased with the costumer service and willingness to help. read more

I have used this location for years however things have changed. Twice I was quoted prices and then the bill comes on my AX card and it's higher. The first time it was credited. This most recent time a quote of $29.00 per day (weekend) turned out to be $38.00 per day. I called my contact there and was told it's like a sliding scale on the weekends now (other than the summer weekend specials I always used). When I said I was told $29.00 (or $29.99) I asked if we could get this fixed but I was told no. When I asked what next weekend would be I was told probably $31.00. Sorry after years of using this office I won't come back. Manager Jared was the best and I am sorry he went to another location. The guys are nice here (and the girls too of course) but I feel I was not dealt honestly with this last time and had I not made an issue the time before that may not have been corrected. read more

Nice people, good deals, dirty cars This is my "local" rental spot and I have rented a number of times over the past 4 months. The staff is polite and professional, I've had no problem with the cars they offer and they have good deals....my only complaint is that the cars always seem to be filthy when I pick them up. I don't understand how they allow this to happen and don't take more care in processing cars like they do at airport locations. read more

After 10 years I will not be using Enterprise. I was asked for documentation--utility bills--which has not happened to me since I was 20 in late 80s. So disappointed--used to be a huge fan. Excellent service, as I've come to expect from Enterprise. When I complained about the ntal car having sand in the trunk after noticing it follow-in pickup, I was given a card for a free upgrade for a future rental. Also, it would be helpful if EZPass were an option to expedite time spent at the various toll booths in the PA & NJ area (e.g., bridges, turnpikes, and expressways). This is already offered at Enterprise's airport site, but has not yet made it to their suburban offices read more

I was amazed at the customer service I received. Quit frankly, I can not recall the last time I felt valued when at any service location. The Staff was prompt, informative and I felt no pressure to add on features. I was traveling with my 83 yr. old Mother and they kindly provided us with an upgraded vehicle that would accommodate her and for that I am very GRATEFUL ! I was not pleased at ALL with Enterprise for multiple reasons! The first reason is that the person who helped me flat out lied to me! Patrick in Willow Grove stated that getting an SUV would only be about 60 cent a day more expensive than getting an economy vehicle. The cost was actually $3 more a day, which makes an considerable difference in the overall cost after an 11 day period. It's unethical to give false information just to make a sale. Had Patrick have told me the true difference between the two, I would have had the choice to make on my own. Instead of being honest he decided to lie when I flat out asked him was this true....Then, I did some research online and spoke with 3 other Enterprise reps that confirmed the FALSE information. I called multiple times to speak with Patrick and he magically was never around. As a hard working mother and full time employee I truly did not have the time to come into the office during the opening hours, which I am sure is what Patrick was banking on! I ended up having to pay the extra money because by the time I got off work and in the Willow Grove area it was after business hours.... What makes matters worse is that I talked to two people at the other location in Warminster, PA who failed to help me with this matter as well. ... I also have not been pleased with the level of customer service I have received outside of that issue. A smile, a thank you, a "how was your day", goes a long way....And if you thought it couldn't get worse, you are WRONG! I called to ask a simple question in the beginning of this horrible experience regarding making a reservation and had a condescending rude lady who told me that "I do this everyday so I know what I am talking about". I ended up putting in a formal complaint about her and was told I would hear back "soon". Guess who has not bee contacted by Enterprise?.....Bottom line is, I will not be doing business with Enterprise EVER again!
