When I checked the photos I took before leaving the lot, the hole was clearly visible. We spent four stressful hours stranded on the road, ruining our first day's plans and everything we had scheduled. I had to buy a brand-new tire for $180 just to keep my family safe -- on top of the inflated rental fee, which was higher than what I was originally quoted. Avis refused to take responsibility and told me to deal with their claims company instead of reimbursing me or even apologizing. I still haven't received a response or a reimbursement. Avis rented me an unsafe car that could have caused an accident, cost me money and time, and completely ruined the start of our trip. I'll never rent from Avis again -- and I strongly recommend you don't either.

I brought my car for a software update to the Abington location of Hyundai and the service was…read moreexceptional. Nic was ultra professional and delivered stellar service. There is a waiting area with coffee, snacks, and water that you can have while you wait for your car to be serviced. The whole experience went very smooth, I docked one star as one of the lights on my car says my airbags may need replacing and no one said anything to perhaps schedule another appointment to have that serviced? All good though, I may use them in the future or a local dealer as I am always afraid to bring my car to a dealership as typically they are the most expensive spot for repairs from my experience. I can recommend the Abington location based on my experience and advise others who have come here to please review Abington as the current average review is quite low. So were unlimited miles east of the Mississippi. It was also the fastest pick-up and return I have ever had at a rental place and they did not hassle me to take their insurance since my auto insurance covers me on rentals. I would not hesitate to use Express again.
