I was virtually told that unless I was willing to commit to buying that day or, get this, come back with my husband, they didn't feel it was worth their time to look at my car to evaluate a trade or work up a deal. I have purchased cars without my husband present many times and have never been quite so insulted. I felt very sorry for the poor salesman trying to make a living while dealing with such resistance from management. He was put in a very difficult position. Got my car back a week later with the bumper and headlight housing fixed, but found three separate spots on my hood that had bubbling and the paint was raised. I voiced concerns on the spots that were found and was immediately shut down and told that it's from bird poop, or due to corrosion (my car is only a 2019), and also that "I must've just not noticed it before". I know for a fact that these were not here prior and even have pictures to prove. My pictures weren't "good enough" for them to tell when it's clear in every picture I had and pictures they even had when they first got the car to the shop that there were no spots to be found. I am a 5'3 100lb female and the man(Emmet) AND woman(Candy) in the front office both apparently felt the need to talk to me with disrespect and aggression right away, they both cussed at me telling me I was wrong, and at one point the man(Emmet) started to approach me aggressively getting in my face and pointing his finger in my face for simply pointing the spots out and stating that they weren't there prior to me bringing the car in. Candy and Emmet both refused to apologize to me and refused to fix the car. This will be the first and last time I will use Pools body shop due to the disrespect, aggression, and flaws found on my car. I will not be referring anyone to this establishment either since I now know they are NOT trustworthy or professional whatsoever.

She did not include the amount in cash that I paid in deposit on my receipt when I paid off my rented unit upfront in total. As a result, she was able to steal 75.00 dollars from me taken as a deposit knowing that I would never be able to see her in person ever again since I was relocating across state. When I contacted her to discuss the situation, once dropped off, she denied everything and stated that she did not take a deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION, they will set you up and rip you off. If you do, make sure you pay with a card or debit so that there is a paper trail in holding staff accountable. Read your receipt before you leave this place as that would service as documentation. Highly dissatisfied with this location, lesson learned. Never again here.

The problem is at the corporate level and their overly complicated phone system. The manager was able to get us into a Toyota Corolla and out the door quickly. Had a minor electrical glitch while driving last night. Cruise control stopped, the radio died, and no acceleration. A simple restart of the car restored everything. This afternoon when turning the car in I mentioned the problems. The manager knocked off some $$ giving me a discount for my troubles. In the future I'll be a return customer of Enterprise.

When I turned the car in at the Wichita location they never tried to give me any relief on what I considered to be an overcharge. This is not the first time I've had a problem at this particular location. On numerous occasions, I've tried to rent a car at this location and was told I would have to pay retail price as my corporate rate would not be accepted. I rent car all over the country and have never been told than they were "running low on inventory" as the reason for trying to stick me with a higher rate. I did find a fix for this particular problem, I rented a car from the Enterprise at 6041 W. Kellogg Dr. which is close to the Wichita airport. They had plenty of nice clean cars, great customer service and they allowed me to drop off my car at the factory without any issues. The price of my 2 day rental was a couple dollars higher than the corporate rate at Avis but was considerably less than the rental price.
