Same shopping trip, at check up, my cashier, a young man named Jacob, was a delightful, necessary, employee doing his job with a pleasant attitude and positive customer service. I thought they both were good representives of what shopping a big store should be. I try not to use self service checkout. I spend enough money in your stores and I don't get an employee doing discoint for doing your employees' work. These two workers were needed and treated us very nicely. Thank you.

I purchased Outshine Popsicles in store and the aisle stated they were $4.99 but my receipt shows $6.29. I've been having this happen more and more with local Targets and it's hard for me to catch at the register when I have 2 small children to control. And as for the few items I picked up, 2 different pizza crusts were expired. One expired in December (over 5 months ago) and was rock hard and broken. The other pizza crust expired early April (about 6 weeks ago). Sometimes the circle deals are only for pick up or drive up but then it's so annoying when you get home to realize they gave you expired food. I also tried buying Grove spray bottles that were supposed to be Buy 1 Get 1 Free but only 1 was in the bag so I ended up getting a refund because no one could figure out how to get the app to accept 2 of them for the Buy 1 Get 1 free promotion.

First I went to UBreakifix because they came recommended and had good reviews (more on google than Yelp), but they would need to order the glass, 3-5 days and needed four hours for the repair. Not to mention that as I was taking back my son's iPad, their employee broke it into many pieces, whereas it had only been a single crack before. Next we tried here. They had the glass in stock. They were $40 less than the other place and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. Crisis averted! Son is happy again! The work is guaranteed for 90 days, in case anything isn't as it should be. I'm hopeful that things are all good.

I went back to the store to do an exchange and the the cashier said the only way we could do It is to return the original items and then re-purchased the correct ones. I said no problem however I wanted it at the same price that I bought the original. She said she would get the manager to do the correction. The manager came and said I can't help you. He said you have to return those products back to where they came from. Luckily the cashier had already refunded me for the three items. He refused to sell me the correct products that I originally bought for the original price.
