I called them back to clean one area that wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction, but the cleaner said it would make no difference and essentially refused. 2- i realized after the cleaner left the first time that he didn't clean a fresh stain on the sofa, yet he never mentioned anything about the stain. Seems to me the cleaners are on autopilot and don't pay attention to actual spots that need attention. Upon the cleaner's return to address the dirty rug (#1 above) and the sofa, he cleaned the sofa stain in all of one minute. Why didn't he clean it the first time? That's beyond me. Anyway, I am not impressed with the cleaning system, and much less with the service and client satisfaction.

I hired Chem-Dry to clean multiple upholstered pieces in early December. I had thought to try to…read moreclean the pieces myself using a rented upholstery cleaner but decided I wanted to invest in a professional cleaning to make sure the pieces came out as clean as possible. I wasted my money. The technician clearly cared very little about the results as he essentially vacuumed the furniture. When I complained to Chem-Dry they offered to send out another technician after Christmas. When I said that I needed the pieces cleaned before the 20th, they could only offer me December 23rd. Chem-Dry does not provide any Refunds for unsatisfactory work. As I had company coming, I chose to clean the pieces myself using a rental from Home Depot. The results were astounding. Do not waste your money, trust me, you will be able to clean your furniture on your own for a lot less money and a lot more satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the price of $300. He warned me in advance that he was running late and arrived as per the new time. I was also told about how there's no guarantee that everything's going to be stain free. He took a long time but did a lot of work. All my chairs looked much better than before the cleaning. Seeing the positive results, I asked Stephen if he could add another arm chair. He was happy to do it for a few more bucks. I would contact him without hesitation for similar services.

My roommate and I had a less than ideal experience with this company…read more Our first interaction was over the phone, we called twice and they were unable to confirm a time as they did not have their calendar available. We had them booked for 4 hours however they said that they were running late and would only be able to stay for 2 so they brought another cleaner and had 2 cleaners instead of 1. This would have been no problem however they proclaimed that they were done after 1.5 hours and when we asked them to clean the second bathroom they refused, stating that they did not have enough time. In terms of what they actually did clean, it was not well done. They missed many spots in the kitchen and the bathroom floor was not cleaned at all, and they missed "hard to reach" spots behind the toilet, door etc. They had somewhat cleaned the windows but only did the bottom half of them.. instead of using a stool or chair to reach the top parts they just ignored them all together and the windex spray that had been used but not wiped was very visible after they failed to clean the top part of the windows. All in all, there is definitely lots of room for improvement
