They fumble around with ideas, pulling them out of thin air and borrowing ideas from other campaigns. But she didn't know or wouldn't tell me what is that 3 hour process. She also couldn't tell me why my customers were receiving texts at 2AM if they weren't approved to receive texts. And I don't even know what text they received. Obviously I didn't understand the protocol so I asked her to walk us through it, and she said no she won't and there's no one else in customer service or a manager. (What??!) She also didn't have a reference code or call number for our call. But don't worry, I didn't have to ask to cancel the account. She offered and did it right on the spot. Fastest service right there. As a business owner, I am shocked, frustrated, and bewildered. They obviously don't need my business. I just hope that others aren't scammed and my customers aren't as frustrated as I am with having to ask them again to switch to a new texting service.
