This is a smaller shop, but the work is phenomenal. Johnathan and Vincent spent so much time going through and explaining the different options for PPF wrap and window tint. They didn't try to upsell anything, and were honest about all their products. They even scheduled a follow up a month later to make sure I was 100% satisfied with everything, and hand washed the truck at the follow up. Response time and info provided was quite helpful for me to make an informed decision

I consulted with probably 8-10 different shops in the DFW area, as I generally detail my own cars entirely from top to bottom, including the paint correct etc. I don't however, know how to do PPF and so it made sense to find somebody who could do it properly. With PPF, doing my own research, the paint should be flawless before you apply PPF to the car and so the paint correction portion of the conversation was extremely important. A bunch of the PPF installers I spoke to would not paint correct at all, saying simply "Oh the swirls get hidden when you put the PPF on." Another told me that he didn't want to scratch the car by washing it. Jonathan took the time to tell me his entire process from start to finish - two bucket wash, iron decontamination, one or two step paint correction followed by alcohol prep for each panel. In addition for my car, a 2024 Lotus Emira, he told me specifically how he'd wrap each panel and where he's use a template (only the front bumper really), and he'd bulk wrap most of the car past that. Additionally he told me he'd pull the badges, inserts, and the hood in order to ensure a tight wrap around edges. The pictures speak for themselves honestly - I included one of the quality of the paint for a car that had only 300 miles on it when it was delivered to him. It wasn't great, lots of swirls. But they were all taken out and Jonathan did me even a larger favor by ensuring he took a bunch of pictures throughout the process so I could keep it for my own records as I'm pretty particular about that. All in all I can't recommend Jonathan and Color Factory enough, he took care of my car in a way that I myself would, and that's the largest compliment I could pay. read more

Bought my civic type r off the dealers lot and it came with heavy swirls and some deep scratches from their detailing service. This can happen on new cars!!! I was pretty frustrated and didn't want the dealership to ever touch my paint or wash again. Took it to Jonathan at Color Factory DFW for full paint correction. Jonathan removed all the dealer imperfections and scratches. Added full front end PPF, doors, roof and ceramic coated the rest of the car. The result speaks for it self... it's night and day. Jonathan is so detailed, he PPF my headlights, every piano black corner and opening on the large civic R front grill. Jonathan then even applied two layers of ceramic coating, CSL and EVO 5 on top of my PPF and on wheel brakes setup. Couldn't be happier with the results. This is a must if you do track days on the weekend, rock chips were the main reason for the front PPF. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate to call Jonathan, he explained every process in detail every step of the way. Turn around time was less than a week. He really took care of my new ride. Don't buy any dealership paint package on your new car, just take it to Jonathan! read more

Jonathan is great at what he does and a great business owner too. Someone on his team applied some vinyl on my car, but it was not done precisely to my satisfaction. I sent some photos to Jonathan, and he quickly called me, apologized, and offered to redo it all himself. When I brought the car back in, he ended up installing a few extra pieces of vinyl/PPF that I had brought in free of charge to make up for the initial mishap. All the vinyl wraps Jonathan applied to my car are pristine without any paint peaking behind. It is hard to find business owners who are totally honest and fair nowadays.
