The owner and optometrist here "Dr." Sarazan could care less if your prescription is correct. Him and his reception staff are extremely immature & they all act like they are in high school gossiping about customers in front of other customers. I heard Sarazan laughing at how he hates the fake lashes on one of his customers that he seated in a room just a minute prior. I was thinking how rude & degrading. They also are pushy in wanting you to buy their high buck contact lenses. When you say you are buying them online- because they are cheaper, you get treated with big attitudes like you are no longer good enough. It's clear if you go here, that you are just a number so they can milk you for everything in your wallet & then push you out the door. Avoid and save yourself the hassle. This about Envision Eyecare, and the girl that was working there on Saturday January 20th. My husband and I were scheduled to go there as Dr Marquart was on call for Weston Aspirus. My husband had shingles and was close to his eye, so the Weston clinic wanted him to see an eye doctor that day. We got there, tried to get into the building and noticed it was closed on Saturday's. Our appointment was at 11:00 and we thought was this right. But we had the paper that Weston clinic gave us for address, time and eye doctor. So, we waited for a little while thinking that he would come at any time. While we were sitting there, we noticed that there was a girl in the office on a computer. We thought well she probably knows what's going on and would let us in till Dr Marquart got there. Well, she wrote on a piece of paper that they were closed, and I tried to tell her that we had an appointment. She couldn't hear so with my hand I said forget it. We waited for a little longer and a car pulled up behind us and wanted us to roll down our window then proceeded to tell they were closed. I was tried to tell them that we had an appointment. But they wouldn't listen. They proceed to ask why we are sitting in our truck watching the girl that was on the computer in the office, again we tried to explain that we had an appointment. They started swearing at us and calling us every name under the sun, they were also videoing us. We then went back to the Weston clinic to see what was up. By this time, we were both pretty upset. Come to find out the appointment was at 11:15 instead of 11:00. So, we went back to the eye doctor. The girl let us in and said how sorry she was. I said the damage was done. I asked her why she didn't just call the cops instead of her family as the cops are trained to be calmer. She had nothing to say. If I were in her shoes, I would have been scared also. But couldn't you have shut the blinds and call the cops instead of family. Then we all could have known what was going on. Also, the lack of communication between the eye doctor and the girl in the office, to let her know that we were going to be there. I want an apology from that girl's family that harassed us. AWESOME, CARING, COURTEOUS, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY and MORE. From my very first appointment a few years ago they have treated me like family. They care about ALL of us. We are not treated as patients we are treated like family. Don't matter what kind of insurance you have either. All of us are treated the same. I feel like I am part of a big family. They are very thorough, and very patient and caring. They go the extra mile not to make money, they do it because they care and want what's best for every single one of us no matter what kind of insurance we have. I have a couple of times called with a medical urgency and was told that the doctor wanted to see me asap meaning he wanted to see me within the hour as he was very concerned. But I told them I wasn't sure that my insurance would pay for the visit. But was informed that I didn't need to worry about that because "Dr Dad" (yes that's what I call Dr Goga, because he's got that dad like attitude. He doesn't preach or demean, he shows what I call daddy love and care. And when he talks to his 'children', meaning his patients, it's a voice of a father. Especially if we are scared or upset). Staff are like my brothers and sisters. So I needed to see doctor dad in an urgent manner. So they told me to to just come down and I'd be seen right away. I didn't have an appointment either. They made the time to get me in and I didn't have to wait. I've seen many other eye doctors in my 45 years and none of them have ever been like this. All the other Optometry places thru the years are in it for the money. They don't even come close to showing the amount of care for their patients as Doctor Dad and his staff show to me and my family. I can't say enough about the caring people who are a part of Envision Eye Care of Wausau. From the receptionists we see as we walk in to the Eye doctor and everyone else in between. Especially the people who I get my glasses from. When I ask if a pair looks good on me, they tell me the truth. They are very patient with me as well. I remember one time a couple of years ago Dr Goga's son took care of me. I always have a lot of questions and he answered them. So we got my glasses ordered and then we left. We seen him later that same day at the pet store in Rib Mountain and we talked for almost an hour in the store. Which is awesome because I know they are not just putting on a show for their patients during business hours. They are like this all the time. Which is very comforting to know I matter to them. Everyone of their family members are equally important to them. Doctor Goga, DR DAD and his staff (my brothers and sisters) are now part if my family tree. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE AN ENVISION EYECARE IN MERRILL. read more

Want a set of Wiley-X Valors with darkening yellow-brown lenses, green chameleon mirror lenses, and no-glare clear safety lenses? They can make it happen. Their warranty is excellent as well; scratched up safety lenses from being hit one too many times by flying metal parts? If it's within 2 years of purchase, they'll ship them off, and you'll have new replacement lenses within 1 1/2-2 weeks.
