I complained and they reduced the amount (not a lot though) and allowed us on a payment plan, we kept it up for quite awhile but had a few falls as money got tight we would be late and usually try to send double the next month or something, Now they want to send us for collection unless paid in full. They are still trying to get my Husband to do the procedure AGAIN! shaming him for not caring about his teeth when he refuses. Found out from another dental office that procedure was never ever needed in first place it is just a great way for a dental practice to gain revenue! I went to quirt and they pushed cosmetic stuff on me......would I like perfect teeth YES but can I afford them NO I can't and my teeth are not that bad anyway...they made be feel like a gargoyle for not being able to pay excessive amounts of $$ for perfect teeth. They only care about money.....I bet instead of teeth they see $$$ in peoples mouths. Some employees are great but then you never see them again...wonder if they figure out who they are working for.

Finally called Everyone's. They said, "Come in, we will find you an appointment for Thursday'. The irony that there name is "Everyone's Family Dental," when they are not family friendly at all!…read more I came in for a regular dental cleaning, we recently moved to the area and I'm pregnant with a history of miscarriages and birth complications so I told them that I did not want to do the X-ray during this visit (as it is not required for care). I was having no issues or pain with my teeth, and simply was coming for a standard cleaning. My insurance does not require X-rays for establishment of care, and there was no urgent need. The tech told me that they could not do anything without X-rays, so I asked if I could talk to someone else. I have no idea why the didn't send a doctor to come talk to me, they sent the receptionist. The receptionist told me it was minimal radiation, so it's ok. I was in tears at this point, as they were talking derogatory to me. I asked if I could call and talk with my doctor to confirm what they were saying about it being minimal radiation. My doctor agreed that X-rays were not required for care, but also informed me that if it's a newer machine than it's safe to have during pregnancy. So I consented to the X-ray, and then they kicked me out. No dental cleaning. I left in tears, and the receptionist gave me a backhanded insult saying I need to educate myself. Mind you, this all happened in the span of less than 10mins, so I was not wasting their time, simply trying to confirm what they said with my doctor due to anxiety of having two miscarriages. If you're looking for a place that talks down to pregnant women and is not actually family friendly, then this is the place for you.

I scheduled appointments with them for my children and arranged my children schedule and my work…read moreschedule to be able to go one month in advance. They are open during business hours the same time that I work so I can't even pick up. So they call me while I'm working to get confirmation, leaving messages if I will be taking my children to the appointment. By the time I get off of work and call they are closed. I have never called them to cancel the appointments so I expect to be able to still go. So on the appointment day before the appointment, I had off work for the appointment and were able call the office. When I called the front desk, front desk lady pretended to not know what I was asking about regarding the appointment. I asked if I could still bring my children to the appointment. She said what appointment when in fact she was the person who scheduled it a month ago and had been doing several calls the days before leaving messages about confirmation of my children going to the appointment, suddenly didn't know. I gave her the time and date and she said oh that appointment. We have to reschedule because it's our policy that if you can't confirm you are coming we now have to reschedule. Wow, they truly do not care what I had to go through in a month in advance just get my day off. It is not easy for me to be able to take a day off and they do not care. Also, what I had to do to get both of my children off for that day. Wow after arranging my day off of work a whole month in advance just to be canceled automatically. how stupid I felt to arrange my schedule and can't even go and how dumb that I had to call the schools back, tell them oh I'm sorry my children didn't get to go to their appointment so I will be bringing them back to school. Also for such policy, it is not available on their website that if they call and can't confirm that you can't make it to the appointment that you're appointment is automatically canceled and have to reschedule. When they scheduled it, it's their responsibility to inform you of their policy and I didn't get informed. Even the doctors office doesn't treat our family this way and we actually receive a reminder about our appointment. If the dental office have so much time to call and try and confirm we are going to the appointment then they should have time to complete reminder calls about appointments. This place has become trash, and have poor customer service. I can understand their concerns and frustration if I am a known repeat customer who never shows up for scheduled appointments and visits. But I have never stood them up and if I am unable to make it I have called and rescheduled. For such a policy it should also be public and available on their website. It's not even available so clients would know the their expectations. It's a dumb and inconsiderate policy and it should be public, why hide it, you don't care about your customers anyway.
