When I first got my Microblading done I didn't really pay attention to April being very frustrated because a client prior to me was complaining that she wanted her permanent make up redone and she was telling me that this person was taking advantage of her. I mean that's none of my business. April was nice enough to me. When my session started I think she was still really upset because instead of Microblading, she gave me permanent eyebrow tattoos, I mean it's DEEP. It's been about 4 years and I've been waiting for it to fade away so I can get it redone so I went to a different salon and come to find out, I can't get Microblading anymore until I get the ends of my brows laser removed. I knew it wasn't supposed to hurt that bad. I endured it because it was my first time. Now I don't know what to do but I am currently looking for someone to fix my tattooed brows. read more

What can I say, I love April's work. This is my second time and my experience was as great as the first. The atmosphere is relaxing, and time flew by. The process was again completely painless. Appointment was on time; in fact I was the one running 5-6 min late and April was still able to accommodate me. I'm looking forward to my fill next week. The woman who owns and operates this shop is seriously out of her mind. I have never been treated so poorly and rudely at any salon or any place of business on Park Ave. Her energy is toxic. She did nothing to make me feel comfortable. She blamed ME for how long it took her to put on eyelashes extensions (It was over 2 hours and my neck hurt on her flat, pillow-less table but I was not complaining AT ALL!! I didn't care how long it took! Pain is beauty sometimes haha) she said it was because "you kept talking and wiggling". When they were done they were pretty and I was like oh well she's crazy who cares. Then I asked her if they would be as full for my event which was 5 days later (mind you these cost $200 and I told her it was for my event the following week), and she was like "well I can't promise you and you sleep on your side which is bad for your lashes and deforming your eye." By the way I am a practicing medical doctor, so pretty sure I know my eye is not "deformed". I have NEVER had anyone be so off putting while providing a service for which I'm supposed to be a source of REPEAT business. LOL. Then she told me I could text her if I needed some fills before the party. I did not (by the way the lashes looked REALLY good for about 10 days). However once I was home and they were growing out/falling out, I texted her to to see if I could have them taken off. (Remember she TOLD ME I could text her). Of course I didn't want to see her crazy face again but I had basically no choice because I needed them off. I tried to be super accommodating as much as I could with my busy work schedule. She said she would be around Park Ave on Sat but it's a holiday weekend so we would "shoot for 10" I was there and trying to be respectful of her time (maybe I misunderstood); I thought she was going to text me when she was ready for me. I didn't hear from her by 10:05 so I just send a nice "hey I'm here! No rush! THANK YOU!" And she sent "Ive been here for 10 min where r u" F-ING RUDE. Then I had to endure her while she took off my lashes with her stank energy. Last thing she has the nerve to SCOLD ME " you really can't be texting me last minute and thinking that I'm just going to come in here and meet you for appointments. I am booked up." Well then you shouldn't have agreed to come! LUNATIC. I don't know how anyone has ever suffered the company of this human being. If you would like to come there and be treated like a second-class citizen even though you most certainly are not, and are paying a fortune for your services, then this is definitely the place for you. If you are anything like me and every other woman that I know, steer clear of this absolutely crazy lunatic woman. PS my lashes broke off so short from the extensions. I would never do it again regardless of the terrible personal experience. Do yourself a favor and buy a bottle of eyelash conditioner, let them grow naturally. I have tried multiple eyelash extension facilities in Winter Park and Orlando previously prior to finding April and none of them measure up. After I made my appointment I had to reschedule it due to work. It was a month away and I called the number on the website numerous times and no one would answer. I emailed them and sent an FB message I finally got a text on my phone for the reschedule a few days later. I already purchased a Groupon so I didn't want to waste the money. I had my lashes done there for my wedding. They looked nice but lasted about 1 week and I was extremely careful with them. I made sure to not use anything oil based, stayed away from steam and I was very gentle with them. She had scheduled me for a touch up 2 weeks later. But when I got there they weren't open. She scheduled me for an hour before they opened. I didn't want to wait and I was frustrated so I left. I would not recommend this place due to their poor professionalism. read more

April did a good job on the actual lashes, however, they really need to re-evaluate their website/customer service. When I tried to call both numbers on the website, no one picked up. Instead they texted you. Texting is a difficult way to communicate especially when asking a lot of questions about the lash extensions. **Please note on the website it clearly says fills are $20 every two weeks, $30 every three, and $50 every 40 days. When I brought this up she said no, fills were $35 for regular, $50 for 3D. A little more than I originally thought, especially since I picked this salon for the price of the fills (Winter Park is across town from me.) Finally she said I could come in the next day, but upon finding out it was a groupon, she said I'd have to come in next week. April did my lashes, and she did a good job and it was relaxing. As we finished she told me fills were $50, when I asked about the $20 like the website says, she says that was a special and is wrong. Then I brought up the $35, to which she said I was correct, her mistake, but everything was going to be changed to a $50 fill in March/April. Which brings me to believe that she would have charged me the $50 for a fill if I had not corrected her. All in all a frustrating experience. They need to update their website and answer the phones. I will be finding a place on my side of town that won't change their fill prices on me. read more

Just had my eyebrows microbladed today. My appt was at 11:45 but we didn't start until about 12. I think April runs the salon by herself so this is expected. Just make sure you're not on a tight schedule the day you go to have something done. Anyways, April was great. I wish she would've explained a little more in detail what she was doing step by step, that always puts me at ease a little bit. She's not super vocal so I did feel like I was asking a lot of questions, lol. The process was pretty painful (but I also have a low pain tolerance). In the end, my eyebrows came out incredible and I am so happy with the result!! I go back in 6-8 weeks for a touch up and may go a little thicker, but overall I am super pleased. read more

I had microblading done and even though I was never 100% satisfied with April's work it was still better than not having eyebrows. However more than 10 months later, instead of my eyebrows naturally fading they are purple under my skin (like a bad tattoo) not to mention I have scar tissue on my eyebrows done due to April going in too deep! I am very disappointed as it is something very hard to fix unless I go through a removal process which is painful and pricey. I do not recommend her and this is proof that you get what you pay for ... :( read more

I have had 2 eyelash fills done by Liliana and they have both been amazing. She listened carefully when I explained how I wanted the length and made them so full and beautiful. She plays relaxing music during your session & often times I dose off . I have received so many complements on my lashes. I love them. I don't have to wear eye make up at all. I was looking for someone to do my eyelash extension refills and I found this place randomly. I met April , the owner, and she was able to fit me in her busy schedule right away. She did an amazing job with my lash extension refills. Since I was in such a hurry that day, she offered for me to come back the next day to put more lash extensions to attain the lash look I wanted. Shout out to April for doing a fabulous job on my eyebrows! I am in love. She's really sweet and her place is right off of park avenue. She lets you color in your eyebrows first so you can determine what shape and style you want. They're nice and even, I can't wait to see what they look like when they've settled down in color. I've wanted my brows micro bladed so bad and I'm so happy i actually got them done. Now my brows looks great even when I first wake up in the morning. I had a horrible experience with April Bradley. I am very passive and considerate n the most easy going person. I'm a professional with a medical degree and I would never even take the time to complain about any services/ businesses even if I had a bad experience until this happened to me . It took me a week to write this review because I wanted to make sure I wrote this without an angry heart. This is probably the worst treatment I have ever had in my life. The way she treated me was unacceptable n uncalled for. I had Eyeliner done with her but after coming home, it literally did not look even on the bottom lid and started to come off with just petroleum use. It came off more than the norm and looked like I never even had it done on the left side. I texted her for a return appointment to fix the issue. She told me to come the next day. The following day, i texted her I would be exactly 8 minutes late due to minor car issues. She told me she couldn't see me then and to come later. I stated that I'm literally parking so she texts then come. When I arrived, she was very nice while walking up thinking I was someone else. The minute she saw me her whole demeanor changed and she stated oh I was expecting someone else. She got defensive as I stated the issue with the eyeliner. She pretty much said that she could see it and degraded me making me feel stupid n dumb. I made sure I worded things in a way to not offend her work because things happen and not everything is 100% guaranteed. she then rushed me because she had someone booked at the same time and Quoted in an aggressive tone stop f*ing around and get on the table, everyone gets mad when I'm behind and my 1pm is late. So why double book ? So why treat a customer who was loyal and has came back to her a second time from previous year ? Why the rude remarks when the procedure to fix only took her 5 mins ? in my head I wanted to walk out but I knew that I could not leave with my eyes looking like that. I still acted kind, nonjudgmental and professional because I knew she would be touching my eye. I allowed her to fix the issue but I walked out in shock and disappointment. If you value yourself , do yourself a favor and don't ever let this lady touch your face. I regret tipping her previous day and even coming back from previous year. I had 2 more people lined up for her thinking she was good until this happened. If I could give her a zero star , I would. I hope I've help everyone from future heartaches because no human being should be cursed or degraded for not being happy about their service. she was defensive n upset about the return n the 8 mins. She doesn't care or value her clients at all. So Buyer beware. And just like how all your review said that you are always late w no apologies. Life happens sometimes so your response is not valid. All the times I've been there always on time n waiting on you. N I purchased more than a Groupon so u like to edit that part out. As a multiracial woman, I was worried about color matching but April did a great job finding the right mix of black and brown to be visible yet natural looking. I must admit I was a difficult client, due to a high tolerance/resistance to lidocaine. Envy is located in a great location - right in the heart of Winter Park. I initially went because I found a groupon to get eyelash extensions. My initial appointment was not with April but her assistant on a Saturday. She ran 30 min over with her previous appointment - did not apologize for it. Immediately after the application my lashes looked great so I let the tardiness slide. Three days went by and about half of my lashes had already fallen off. I've had them before and know this is not typical. April (the owner) fit me in immediately and filled them in without charge. This was nice but again my appointment did not start at the time I was scheduled for but 45 min late. Irritating. Some dude also came into the room and asked her what she wanted from panera. I am not sure I have ever had someone come in during a "spa" experience to ask a technician for a food order. While there I booked a fill in for two weeks later to return. When I arrived at this appointment not only on time but 15 min early she informed me - from the other room with her current clinic - that it would be a hour and a half before taking me back. I told her I would re schedule. Now knowing this spa runs late I booked an appointment for a Monday morning at 9am. That Monday came around... It's 9am ... And the door is locked. I called her and she was "looking for parking". When she finally arrived she did not even apologize. Walking back to the room I noticed the towel to put my head on is noticeable dirty. I stand there and she tells me to just lay down....I didn't want to be rude but I regret not just walking out at this point. If she doesn't put a clean towel down goodness knows if she even cleans/sterilizes the tools she uses near my eyes. During my appointment my anxiety is at a high and I can't wait for it to be over. I appreciate that she tried to put "spa" music on through her phone but it's a little distracting that it is beeping due to texts and phone calls she was responding to. The price is not worth it to continue to go. My eyelashes looked great and that's why I hope that this spa can get their act together. read more

The last time when I showed up nobody was there, the door was locked, and nobody ever answered the phone. My rating is for ease of making an appointment. The actual eyelash extensions are amazing and I absolutely love them, however it is impossible to make an appointment for a refill. I had no issues making my first appointment or my first refill. However, since then I can't seem to get an appointment time. I've called the numbers on the site but have only gotten responses through texts. The appointment times offered did not work for my schedule so I gave a few times for a few different days later in the week. No response. Tried again a few days later nit again the days I asked for earlier in the week were booked so again asked for a different day the following week...no response. Disappointing because I love the actual extensions. So now my attempt to make a 2 week refill appointment has now brought me out to 4 weeks and still no appointment. read more

I first went to April in 2016 when my sister surprised me with lashes I had been dying to get. She always does ample research so I knew I'd be in good hands but I was blown away by just how talented and awesome April really was!!! I had to go back and eventually became so obsessed with April and her work I begged her to hire me as her front desk girl while I finished school. April will always accommodate her clients so this was no different and she thankfully said yes. I was so sad to leave when the summer ended and I had to start my career post-college but haven't stopped going to get services done by April as often as I can. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this salon. The owner is beyond rude and seems to not care about her business at all. The owner does not answer either of the phone numbers listed and refused to book my appointment over the phone but made me do it through a website. My appointment was booked a week later than the date i had chosen on the website, which is why i wanted to book over the phone in the first place. When i showed up to the salon she told me my appt. was the following week and even though her current appointment at that time had been cancelled she did not offer to let me take the spot. Also when i walked in the owner was in the back room and did not even look up from her phone to greet me. The salon smells bad which was an immediate red flag to me. All of these aspects were terrible but the worst part was the extreme lack of customer service. The woman was beyond rude to me it was shocking. I cancelled my appointment and called groupon for a refund. I expected the salon and service to be nice due to its local in an upscale area. If you are considering eyelash extensions please try somewhere else, this is not a quality salon. read more
