Disappointed that I have to find a new lash tech. There's one front desk person that always seems to have a problem. I make an appointment and when I arrive she says that they tried to reach out to me for a deposit but couldn't reach me and my appointment could be cancelled. I told her and my lash tech I'm not getting any messages about a deposit. As a service provider myself I have my clients make a deposit at the time of booking so l have no problems making a deposit. Every time I visit this location and she's not at the front desk I have no issues. One time when I arrived she was at the front desk with at least two other ladies and when I entered I saw her hush the other ladies. Weird. The last straw I make an appointment arrive and she tells me they called me and left messages to inform me that my lash tech is not there. I had two different lash techs, Monica and Lizbeth and I was really not impressed at all and I was on my way out but fortunately the front desk girl at the time suggested I be scheduled with Mai who did a lovely job and was also very kind and personable. If I didn't have Mai as my lash tech I would not have stayed. Very low quality and lashing ability in the technicians here outside of Mai. Also there was always a mean girl vibe in the environment which made it very easy to choose to do my business else where. It was very obvious to me that Mai has undergone far more training in her expertise than the other technicians which showed in her work and I was never disappointed when she did my lashes. read more

Update! I heard from a manager who offered a 10% discount on a future new customer visit. Although minimal recovery was provided, I was thankful for the thought and planned on returning. Unfortunately less than 3 hours later, the manager texted me thanking me for my time but also stated that she looked at my review and noticed that it was still not modified or removed. Of course that was followed by an apology when I responded with having a full plate of caretaking for a special needs son and elderly parent. I am truly sad with the overall lack of soft skills and genuine customer service. My first visit will be my last. read more

I can't review the services because I'm booking, I made an honest mistake OR there was a computer glitch and as a new client i was still charged $50 for a no show fee. I booked the appt. for Thursday and somehow it posted for Tuesday. I received a text requesting a $50 deposit. I've never had to do that before anyplace but I gave them my card info. I didn't continue to read the text because I knew it was for Thursday BUT apparently, the text was confirming a deposit for an appt I had coming up in one hour! I had no idea. I asked them if they would consider a one time consideration since I'm a new client and they said no, so I won't book with them. I'll try another place. I got eyelash extensions today and I am very disappointed. I paid for a hybrid set - full, and then when I got there, I had to pay an additional $25 to ensure even fuller lashes. My eyelashes turned out skimpy looking and didn't appear any different than they would if I had worn mascara. When I complained to them, they told me that I would need to pay additional money for even fuller lashes and that the tech had only put single lashes over my own lashes. No wonder why they aren't full! I would never recommend this place! read more

I had a terrible experience at this lash lounge (winter garden one). The lashes looked like a fan and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they initially offered to fix them the next day but later decided to just remove them instead of fixing them. It was such a waste of time and energy. I had to travel 40 minutes, paying tolls and gas, only to be met with rudeness. I will not share the lash lady's name which starts with an M even though she was rude at first. I would not recommend this place. Staff are not nice at all and the service was horrible in this location. No wonder why they were empty and offering promotions (50$ to 99$) read more

So the first time I went, I did have a bad experience and the manager instantly called me and told me to come in the next day for a repair and I did and it was amazing. The second lady that I had was amazing and I had a great fight with her and on some things, and it was very enjoyable and I love how they turned out in the end, I would definitely recommend this place. I have had them tattooed twice in the last 15 yrs and it was great, but today I had them micro bladed by KAT and not only was It an amazing experience,she was incredible and the results.... I was happy with the prompt appointment setting. I loved the way my lashes looked when I left the salon, but the lashes quickly started falling out. They were sparse within a day. They asked if I got them wet... no, but I think my eyes were watering up a storm. They offered to have me come back in and try again. I decided my lashes apparently will not handle extensions. They offered to remove them. It's just too far of a drive. Not sure if anyone is to blame - might have been allergic to the glue. I'm just not happy with the results and am disappointed that it was a costly way to learn to appreciate the lashes I was born with. read more
