I hate leaving negative reviews, but I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I asked for short almond nails, and the final result looks uneven, bulky, and crooked. Several nails are noticeably lifting upward from the side profile, while others point in different directions entirely. The shape and structure are inconsistent from nail to nail, and unfortunately they don't look professionally done. I was excited to treat myself and instead left feeling embarrassed about how my nails turned out. The color itself is pretty, but the application and shaping missed the mark completely -- especially for a fresh set done less than 24 hours ago. I wish more attention had been paid to symmetry, side profile, and overall finish quality. read more

Terrible quality my sister in law and I went for a girls day...we're both very disappointed with the results. I asked for a French tip pedicure, he couldn't make it even, let alone cut my nails even, they were kinda long enough for all of them to be somewhat the same length. Ended up just getting a single color cause he couldn't do French tip. Wasted a good 30 minutes and then said it was because of how my toes were shaped, I've never had a problem before getting French tip, let alone cutting them even. My sister in law wanted a simmer red pedicure it ended up showing like sparkly red, she ended up changing it cause it wasn't how it looked on the sample. The lady cut her toe nails way too short to the point where she was bleeding and she didn't apologize. We both ended up paying 67 each for something we didn't like. I don't mind spending money on some good nails but we were disappointed they didn't even give us a discount when they couldn't do what any nail salon should be able to do, cut nails and French tip. I won't be returning here. I've come here when I don't feel like driving up north to my normal salon but I'll be switching. I can't stand nail salons that charge you something different every time you come in. Last time I was in, my gel dip nails were $50. This time it was $60. They charged me for 'nail shaping' when I asked for round. I asked the manager and she said square is the only shape they don't charge for, which I've never heard of a salon that charges for round. I also got no tips. So with tip it was $70. My nails turned out uneven with the lengths not being consistent. This was not a $70 service. read more

I wanted to email directly instead of posting publicly, but without an email option, I'm sharing my feedback here. I'm from CA & visit this spot for its unique jelly pedicure-- I've never seen anywhere else offer such a fun experience. With my mom visiting from GA, buzzed about the jelly I couldn't stop talking about, we booked an appointment being a few minutes late, but sat quickly regardless. It started off with the water too hot for my mom and I & too chilly for my sister-in-law (SIL), with no one really trying to fix it. My mom's tech didn't know how to do the jelly correctly & even after being told the color was wrong began painting my mom's toes the wrong color. It took a bit of back & forth before she got the color right, finished and moved on to the next customer. Even with the amount of disappointments, the tech did get rid of an ingrown nail which was great. My tech was not dressed like the others, which threw me for a loop--I thought he was just getting things started before handing me off to someone else, nope he was it. Taking off my gel polish started with a drill, then intense manual filing, a soak meant to strip the polish, manual filing again, soak again & then using the tool to scrape the rest away. This nail file process was new to me, kind of painful, & definitely not what I was expecting. After that, we all agreed to skip the mani's. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse, a customer zipped right into service, with my SIL waiting 15 more minutes before being seen. My SIL's patience wore thin, only for her to finally get the jelly pedicure we'd all come for. As for my mom, we hit a wall of excuses as to why she couldn't experience the jelly we saw could happen. Seeing my SIL's pedicure done right only made it sting more, knowing it could have been done correctly with communication or better training. Once most of my nail polish was gone, the tech moved straight to filing my nails, completely bypassing the cut--I guess I was supposed to ask for that? The massage came next, which felt a bit odd since he hadn't done any kind of work besides color removal and cuticle cutting with my SIL asking if I was going to get jelly, answered by more excuses as to why I wasn't getting it either. By the time he got to asking about the color, I was over it & just wanted to leave. I said no color & he started to pack up to move on so I packed up to leave too. As we paid, the lead came over to apologize & said we weren't done yet, saying we didn't get hot wax and maybe more massage time, I was a bit thrown off since my mom's nails were still wet. We said no and she tossed a 10% discount our way, which honestly didn't feel like enough to make up for the day which cost over $200 for one of us getting less than the basic package. We hung around waiting for my SIL, seeing how great her nails were, highlighted the spectrum of our experiences, hence the 3 stars. Even though we're not coming back, we still left a more than 20% tip to show no hard feelings. It's a little nudge to the owner or manager, hoping they'll steer things back on track for future customers. I remember the amazing service I got from the husband & wife that welcomed me every time I came into town--it really set the bar. Fingers crossed that with better training and schedule management, no one will have to experience what we went through. read more

I went based on a recommendation for the jelly pedicure. The water was scalding hot and my technician turned the cold water on but it was still too hot. I had to just juggle my feet around. I was supposed to have my feet in really thick gel but it felt just like regular water after they put in the gel stuff. I picked out my nail color but even though the number on the bottle was the same number I picked, it was a completely different color. The technician didn't even notice. Finally got my color and it had the same number on the bottle as the wrong color! Only one of our party of three got what we requested. It was very disappointing! I would not recommend this place. As a walk-in expect a 30- 40 minutes wait. Kelley does amazing pedicure massages. Kim and michelle do great sets. Kim is always so accommodating! It's usually a laid back vibe but some weekends there are big groups that get a bit loud. I prefer going Monday -Thursdays to avoid the larger groups. read more

Deanna asked the owner what the status was and she blamed the concert series. She told her she would be over there to help her. The owner sat there and talked bad about deanna and the situation. We had an appt here for 2 pedicures at 4pm. They seat us at 355, and start on one. Massage chair is broken, so I moved. Second chair is broken, but we wanted to sit next to each other. I'm here from out of state. They don't give me water in the foot basin. They are talking LOUD to each other in vietnamese THE ENTIRE TIME, so rude. Did not start mine until 425. Never even asked what service I wanted. At this point, I'm so frustrated, I just want to be done. No apology, just loud chatter across salon to each other. Didn't even notice I hadn't picked a color til she was done. Too busy socializing. Classic, which I assume is what I got since I was never asked and it was a lousy pedicure, supposedly 30 min. Each of us took no more than 20. "Massage" and hot towel was under 30 seconds. Will not return. And I'm from here, so I come back to the Springs a lot. This location was new to me and a huge disappointment. During callus removal, she said "you have a lot, so I will get some but its too much". Never had anyone complain, as that's a big reason I get pedicures. And its not even that bad. Only been 2.5 weeks. Kevin is a new technician & I saw him for the first time today. His work is amazing! He was fast, precise and very nice. He's a quiet man, but that's perfect because I'm quiet too. I got an acrylic manicure fill with gel paint and oval shape. Typically oval shape has lots of room for lil mistakes, but each nail came out beautifully! I'm totally pleased and would highly recommend seeing him :) ps. Ive gone to this salon every 2-3 weeks since February. Wonderful place with great staff. Can't even get bangs cut just hard for the foreseeable future.
