I've frequented this nail salon off and on over the past few years, but will absolutely never be back. Half of the employees listed on the appointment page are no longer there, but they'll certainly take your appointment as if they are. I honestly believe the owner(s) mistreat their employees so they don't stick around long. So when I showed up for my appointment and was again informed that person no longer works there and that I could come back later in the day to see someone else, I declined and left. The cost of the pedicure I asked for was 32 and I got French tip and that was 20 some how I paid 70 they over charged me !

I've had ok experiences at this salon, for a basic gel nail polish service, but honestly, anything more complicated than that, has thus far been a bit of a disappointment, and it seems to have become more sloppy and rushed. I can only speak for my own experience, and I'm not someone who complains easily, and I tip well. I feel like concerns at dissatisfaction at flaws, or misgiving about particular options, impatiently pressed on me, are dismissed with impatience and a grumbling in a language I don't understand. Maybe I should be more assertive, but it becomes a stressful situation, un-conducive to satisfaction. I understand that there are other customers to be seen to, but it shouldn't be at the detriment of the quality of the service I'm being rendered. I called in for my appointment and they were so easy to schedule with. I was put with a girl named Kaylin(?) to do my nails. I was very honest and said this was my first time ever getting my nails down and showed her pictures of what I wanted. She communicated over the design and color the entire time and I think it turned out SO gorgeous. Personally, I've had a great experience here. Each time I find they are very thorough especially with the pedicures. I hadn't had one in about 5 years and they put some work in. It's nice and quiet and well lit if you wanted to read a book. read more

Came in and got a manicure. Only thing is, I didn't even receive a manicure... They didn't clean my cuticles, they didn't massage my hands, nothing. They just put acrylic on ( after me telling them I don't want acrylic) unfortunately I didn't know what she was putting on was acrylic I thought it was dip... and sent me on my way. They rushed and burned my nails and hit my skin a few times. It's been 4 hours and one nail is already chipped....i had to file down 3 nails to make it look right. The worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. The nail tech didn't listen to me from the start and tried to just do a removal when I asked for a removal and full set, during the appointment she walked off numerous times and took forever to come back each time without a word, drilled each nail much longer than to normal and drilled into my skin enough to make me bleed, took an hour to simply shape the nails, sat on her phone the whole time, never got around to painting the nails because she took another client and went to remove her nails during my appointment. I called at 9am to schedule my appointment for a pedicure at 12pm, an employee confirmed my appointment and did NOT state they would be busy. upon arrival I waited 10 minutes to be seated after 12 & then it took someone over 40 minutes to even start on my toes even after I asked an employee when would someone be starting services on me! Got my nails done by lana yesterday and she did amazing! I came in around 3:30 with no appointment and she got me in right away with just a small wait but it was the perfect amount of time to pick a color without being rushed! They have a huge color selection! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and didn't once feel awkward or out of place, which can be hard when finding a new nail place especially with all the regulars, but i was treated just like anyone else. This will for sure be my new go to place! I've gone here three now to get my nails done with Lana. The nails look great but every time I have been waiting 20+ minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. It's sad, I like her work but having to wait a 20 minutes after my appointment is just disrespectful. If I was 20 minutes late to my appointment they would have cancelled. Poor customer service and time. I will not be returning. Don't really seem to care or respect customers. Really unfortunate this is how they treat service members. read more

UPDATE: the manager who ripped half my Eyebrow off messaged me, i have posted screen shots and this was my response: Lana, I did not complain about the price. I came in there willing to spend money. I made an appointment for a manicure pedicure and eyebrow wax. I came in there excited to SPEND MONEY. I never EVER said anything about the price, HENCE THE REASON I paid for everything, and your terrible service. The problem started when your extremely nasty and rude nail tech started to argue with me because all I wanted was a regular manicure, and not tips/gel/dip. I never had a problem paying the price. Then you went ahead and literally ripped off half my eyebrow, I have photos and videos from right after I left your salon. You are obviously trying to lie on my review to make your terrible salon look better. Why don't you post the camera footage for all the other viewers to see. And to be honest, I should have called the police since you weren't following covid-19 instructions or social distancing. You didn't even make customers wash their hands before service. Also, if I had a problem with paying the price i would have disputed the charge on my credit card, and not left a tip. You should be apologizing to me, and thanking me For not disputing the charges. When I come in the door, they greet me by name and they have very flexible appointments. I see Ana regularly to get my nails done in a powder dip French manicure and she does an outstanding job! I went there because of the high rating, the first time was pretty good but all the other 4 times were terrible. I had always an appointment but I had to wait each time about 30min,I booked with a specific nail tech and he wasn't there ( no problem but let me know in advance not when i get there ) so the Owner did my nails and she cut me and I was bleeding and it just got ignored no apologies (and that happened twice with her.) The staff is kind, but they don't really listen. They filed my nail down to a fraction of what it used to be, and I asked to keep the same shape. With color it's worse, there were almost no options and only half of them were Available. It took three tries to pick a color they actually had. And on top of that they don't apply as much product as they should, I can still see my natural nail. My tech took a phone call in the middle Of me speaking to her in the middle of our session. Legitimately took out her phone in the middle of filing my nails, put both head phones in and had an entire conversation with them. To top it all off I had someone cancel they're appointment in front of me because it's was 20 min past when they were supposed to be seen. To summarize, my nails are ruined filed to nothing, the actual building is filthy with nail polish covering the walls, random substances on the seats, and almost no colors to choose from. The wait was about 35 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Didn't like the service so much, because I wanted my "natural nails" and one was broken and very short so I explained to the lady that I would like 1 acrylic to be able to match the length of the rest, she said "no" ill paint ok, I said NO.
