No issue; she tried to book 2 groups of 3, then 1 group of 2, one after another, or at least all in that day, separate appts. Lady said they dont do groups. couldnt get her to understand its no longer a group booking, but we would just book their limit. all she could do was say sorry very condescendingly. Lost 8 bookings for not listening to a potential client and not caring.

I stopped by and the service was amazing, coming from a Cali girl who loves salons, give them a try!
