She helped me first with a soak off and really took her time making sure my nails were not damaged. I didn't like the colors I picked originally once I saw them on my nails and she went out of her way to help me find ones that were better suited to my taste! I felt so annoying but she was so kind about it. We talked a lot throughout the appointment and she was a great conversationalist. Overall this was a fantastic experience! Over time, I've noticed quite a bit of turnover with the technicians, and unfortunately the overall experience has changed. Most recently, I came in for facial waxing and was surprised by the condition of the waxing room. It didn't feel as clean or sanitary as it has in the past, which is something I really value, especially for services like this. I also want to share a small piece of feedback regarding the experience itself. I understand there is no ill intent, but when clients come in for facial waxing, it can feel uncomfortable to have attention drawn to facial hair. A more discreet, minimal conversation approach would go a long way in making clients feel more at ease. I've also noticed a shift in nail services. 3D designs are more commonly offered now, which is great, but many technicians no longer appear to offer or feel confident with more traditional hand-painted designs. If that's the direction the salon is going, it would be helpful to communicate that more clearly so clients know what to expect. At the current price point, especially when this is meant to be a treat, I do hope to see more consistency in both cleanliness and overall skill level. I truly appreciated what BB Nail Salon used to offer, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. I hope to see some improvements moving forward.

My toes, especially this one, were totally "manhandled". It was the roughest, most painful pedicure I've ever had. The toe was bleeding around the cuticle and red and puffy on the other three sides when I left. I've been using an antibiotic on it since I got home. Two days later it's still all red. when I checked out the woman laughed when I showed her the bleeding and said "yea, he really like to get them clean. I've him not to cut the cuticles to much". I nearly texted back and cancelled my appointment but I am SO glad I didn't. I got the Bella Signature Pedicure and a Deluxe manicure. It was one of the best pedicures I've ever had and the manicure design came out great. A group of 3 college age girls showed up 30 minutes late to their appointment while I was there. The woman in the front had let another woman get in for a walk in appointment about 10 minutes before that, stating that the other appointments were a no show so she could get them in. Another girl came in right before the group showed up and they got her in as well. When they were told they would have to wait because they were so late, the girls started complaining to each other about it loudly. I was shocked that their behavior. They had time to go get coffee and get done up to go to the nail salon, but couldn't show up on time and then complained that they had to wait? Self centered, snotty brats is all I could think. I'm sure that's where these negative reviews are coming from. Viv and crew, thank you so much for taking care of me today. Everyone was so friendly and kind and you all handled the rudeness with such grace. I appreciated the services I received and will recommend you to everyone who asks!

She also didn't smooth the nail surface prior. She did the 2 nails over, but honestly that manicure should have been complementary. Her aunt is the owner and observed all of this but never apologized or made an effort to compensate me for my time and expenditure.
