They repaired the top screen, but now the top and bottom screens are different colors, the bottom screen has a white print/spot on it, and one of the speakers was broken during the repair and no longer works. * **Zero Communication:** They held our device for three months and completely ignored our attempts to reach out. They simply do not care about customer service or quality of work. Because of their complete refusal to resolve these issues or communicate with us, we have already filed formal complaints with the **Better Business Bureau (BBB)** and the **Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division**. When I pointed out they never worked on mine, the story changed to "we have to replace it since we threw yours out." After I asked to speak to a manager, she suddenly said she could just give it to me. I left with a basic controller. The one I dropped off came with its full case. This place lost my property, never repaired it, tried to charge me for their mistake, and returned an incomplete replacement. Extremely poorly run.

Even if you show up on a Friday like I did today, the store could get screwed over by their distributor and receive limited stock. Otherwise this place has a large selection of games, collectibles, and toys. They also have a cafe which I haven't tried yet.

Did the whole 9 yards got up early which is considered late for BF shopping waited for 2.5 hours only to find out they don't sell it in store. Only online and it was already sold out! Decided to take my chances and walk in the mall to look for a GameStop...thought there's no chance in hell they will have the bundle pack console my son wants, and if they do it will probably be a LOT more or so packed I'll just turn around and head back to the families home. I was wrong. It wasn't so busy I'm assuming because I missed the mad rush...it was 910 at this point. Walked in and greeted by the people who worked there. A friendly manager asked if he could help and I definitely did. I asked him about the Xbox and he asked if it was the one in the ad. Told him my situation and I'm not sure. To my surprise they had pretty much the same deal as Costco! Which was $50 less then everywhere else. Target, Walmart, Best Buy! And I didn't have to be there at 4am to get it. They had 1 more left and I bought it. But let me tell you the real reason I even bothered to write this review. Jonathan, he was the most kindest, patient, friendly person I had ever encountered in retail and especially on Black Friday! There was a lot of questions he asked me just to be sure he had qualified me and made sure I had everything I needed for my sons new game system. I had to call the bf to see if I needed these extra things or not and he was just so patient and told me no rush and he didn't seem irritated or anything that it took me a little to gather the info I needed for my purchase. Obviously the store is new and shiny right now, so that doesn't make it a "Plus," all the "Plus" I could tell was that they had a counter with a couple of tablets you could try out, but nothing really out of the ordinary, GS has been selling tablets and other electronics for a while. I think the UTEP GameStop is bigger, more "Plus." Still, not a bad location, there are much tinier more cramped ones out there.
