First time at gamescape. Stopped by to grab a bite and watch a movie. Had a pizza and some sliders. Both are honestly pretty good. The buzz pizza had a small amount of spice from jalapeño and a little honey. Not sure what i expected but that was a surprisingly delicious. The sliders had a decent sized chicken patty and really liked the smoky flavor. The theater was pretty small but it worked just fine. Overall had a great time. read more

I am huge fan of Cinemark theaters. I had no idea they had a place like this. It's like a Dave and Busters or Main Event. They have all kinds of fun. From food to bowling or even arcade games they got a mix of everything. Not to mention it's also a movie theater. Walking in we saw the arcade to the left. The theater was straight down the hall or food. To the right was the dining area/ bowling alley. We were hoping to go bowling unfortunately there weren't any lanes available. We ended playing arcade games. The venue was really nice. The staff was pretty friendly. The prices weren't too outrageous. It's definitely a good entertainment value. I brought my kids for dinner and games on a Thursday. Food was disappointing, quesadillas had hardly any cheese or meat. Pizza looked better than it tasted. What really upset me was after we ordered, I asked if they had a happy hour. She said yes and the food we ordered was 1/2 off. When I got the check the waitress said we don't give you the happy hour price unless you ask us too! And on the bottom of the menu they also advertise $15 unlimited games for 2 hours. Would have been great to know since I have 3 kids. Just overall disappointed in the lack of communication and intentional upcharge. read more

I found the employee's in the gaming area are a bit unfriendly. I think they care more about talking to one another and thinking the customers are just inconveniencing their lives. It's how it felt to me. read more

Bought out an entire row of seats in a theater for my son and his friends to celebrate his birthday and ordered snacks delivered to their seats. They received everything and had a great theater experience! My husband, myself and youngest son enjoyed the arcade and climbing activities meanwhile. It was a really nice facility and the young man and young lady at the theater snack counter were so pleasant! Were there long waits? Sure! Were some of the games out of order? Yes! Did we let that ruin our experience? Absolutely not! Young and new employees need time to learn the ropes. Especially if this Gamescape is the first of it's kind in the area. Eric the manager was amazing and so helpful in every area. We arrived very early since we have two young children and Eric helped us multiple times from the games, movie tickets, to concessions. We had the best time between playing games and getting prizes, an hour of bowling where we also enjoyed amazing garlic fries and an elote dip, and we attended a movie. Everything was clean and a super nice bowling alley. We have found our new favorite family spot. read more

This is an update to my ongoing review of Gamescape. I did have a large event there of 44 people. This place is excellent for kids and adults alike to have fun. I would be cautious however of taking a large group to the restaurant area. Because they are new and their employees are new, their systems are not really working well. For example more than likely they will make mistakes and overcharge you in the restaurant area. For example, in my case I had 42 people order a single plate and they charged for 47 plates. In my family no one orders double plates unless they ask me permission. Only one family member did. The worst part is they argued about it and refused to correct their mistakes. This despite the fact that the Sofia Valles admitted that the waitresses could touch the screen with their finger twice accidentally and the fact that the waitresses were not asked if they had received double orders. Still Sofia argued with me and refused to correct the mistake. read more

Everything is great, it has everything we needed, it has an upgrade game station, it has bowling, and the best part, P I N B A L L S

The employees need a lot of training, there is chaos with the service. We were a group of more than 10 people. First when we wanted to exchange the tickets in the game area, the staff didn't even know how to do so. We went to the bowling alley area, and they didn't know how to add 2 lines for all of us. Not only that but they gave us the wrong orders more than 3 times and they even wanted to charge us twice for our food because of an error the waiter made. I only saw a lot of disorganization on the part of the staff and I understand its their first day's but in the end error after error was annoying. If they do not pay attention to those details, they will end up closing like many businesses, and for such small errors. El Paso doesn't deserve that. read more
