I found this business through yelp. I called and they came out the next day and installed our tv on the wall. They also installed an outlet to keep the view nicer. I am very happy with the results as i get anxious with holes on the wall but my husband managed this. read more

If you're looking for a good company for your home entertainment needs, EP Home Entertainment might be the right choice for you. We have a fairly new home and we were looking for a high quality job at a fair price....these guys nailed it. We did not want any cable's visible and they were able to keep them all out of sight. They were quick to respond to my questions about the installation of my TV and soundbar. They were able to install the same day! Adrian came out with another worker. Adrian gave us suggestions (which we welcomed) and did an awesome job. They had a shop vac and cleaned up as they worked, which we appreciated. I don't even know where to begin with this review. "Amazing" is one way to put it when it comes to these guys proving exceptional quality work, lets not forget the priceless customer service my wife and I received. The best part about my experience with these guys was after the job was complete. They ended up coming back later that night at NO extra charge because the TV I purchased from Target was defective. It was a quick fix but man carrying a TV that size up a few flights of stairs is no joke. They helped us carry the TV up the stairs as well. My wife loved how they cleaned up everything after they were finished. I don't think I will use anyone else but these guys for Home Entertainment and TV mount needs. The best service experience I have had to date in El Paso! Adrian showed up on time, did a fantastic job hanging my flatscreen on my marble fireplace. I found them reasonably priced (although I don't like paying on apps like PayPal, we figure out how to Zelle the money instead). What a great experience! When I contacted EP Home Entertainment, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Adrian and Victor arrived on time after texting that they were on their way. They went right to work and identified the issue that prevented us from using our home entertainment system. They purchased the required cable, installed everything properly, spliced in different connections and showed us the ins and outs of our remote. Their work is also very reasonable, which is a wonderful plus. EP Home Entertainment is reliable and very professional. This place is so amazing!! I just moved here these guys were able to come out the next day set up all my TV's and they look great! The outlet was way at the bottom of the wall what I never even thought anything of but Adrian said he could come out the next day and he was able to put another outlet behind the TV so you cant see anything. We visited my mother in law during the fourth of July weekend, and wanted to get her a new TV and have everything set up for her. I thought that, being a holiday it would be difficult to find someone available, but Adrian was available the same day we called! Once he got there, he did everything! Unpacked the TV, measured, talked us through all the options when mounting the TV, mounted the TV, hid all cables (even using the mount's cable management), configured the TV, and he even mounted the antenna and the power strip so they would not be visible. My mother in law was extremely happy with the work. Adrian was great, would highly recommend to anyone mounting a TV in El Paso. read more

When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail. The mounted television was, with diligent care and effort, straightened (in fact, down to the millimetre) to match the other straight lines in the room.
