Last month he bought a Bluetooth speaker. This is the 3rd one he has purchased there, not to mention all the other stuff like microphones, stands, etc. Well the Bluetooth on the speaker didn't work. We tried several phones to connect to it and nothing. I looked for the store receipt, but I couldn't find it, but I did have a printout from our bank to show proof of purchase. We took a drive out there yesterday (9/15/18) to exchange it and they wouldn't exchange it for us. My husband argued with them for a good 30 minutes and no, they would not exchange it because we didn't have the store receipt. Didn't matter to them that we had driven over 300 miles and had proof of purchase. They would not budge, they were down right rude and hateful. Well we left and went to the other little store right next to them, and my husband bought a pair of wireless speakers and a Bluetooth watch....La Comercial lost that sale. I want to say thank you to the gentleman from another little store across the street from La Comercial that took the time to check our speaker. He tried a device that hooks up to the speaker and was able to get the Bluetooth working. La Comercial, you just lost hundreds of dollars in sales, because we would shop there at least every 3 months, and always would spend at the least $200 each time if not more. I was also impressed with the company's after-sales service. When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail. The mounted television was, with diligent care and effort, straightened (in fact, down to the millimetre) to match the other straight lines in the room. Suffice it to say, when the time comes to install a surround-sound system around my newly mounted television, I will be calling Beck-Tech to do the job!
