I have sent multiple emails and invoices to Tony, the owner, asking him politely to pay me, and I have had zero communication from him. My colleagues who worked with me have not been paid yet either. The company I work for has done business in the past with 10ten Studios as well, and Tony has been late on payments multiple times. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but we should have been paid well before it began. I am beyond frustrated with this company, and it is safe to say that my colleagues and I will NOT be working for them ever again. The people in the office are very nice and helpful through the process of choosing your professionals for your wedding day, making payments, pre-wedding planning, post-wedding music selections... they were great on everything! We hired 2 wedding photgraphers and a videographer. They arrived at the location for pre-wedding pictures on time (actually they were early). They gave us very good direction during the photo/video session. In the house we were getting ready they even moved stuff around to make sure we would have great pictures. On the phone conversation with Ilze, our main photographer, I explained to her the big problem I have about having my eyes closed in most pictures. She listened and made sure to check that she had good shots with my eyes open. She was also very efficient through formal family and romantic pictures to make sure we could have the pictures done within our short time frame ( a bit over 1 hour). She was very friendly and the pictures turned out amazing!! Tracy, our second photographer, also did an amazing job! She took great shots of the guys before the cerimony. I also loved how well she captured the details of the decoration in the reception venue.. the centerpieces, the guest book, the cake, the gift table... all the details we spend so much time planning but we barely get to enjoy during the wedding and now we can remember them forever through her pictures. Patruck was our videographer, he was also very nice, from the phone conversation till the end of the wedding. We still didn't receive our wedding video, but i am 100% sure it will be amazing just like everything that Mike Staff have done.

First off, KRR has a real communication problem (And, I'm not the only one to echo this). No fewer than three times, over more than three months, they assured us that our wedding video was in the mail. Only after I threatened legal action did we finally get our video. In the final month of one-way emails, they never, ever responded to me. Not once. The coward only responded to my wife's email inquiry, after more than three months of inquiries. Second, they have no idea what they are doing. Kevin has no idea how to use his digital SLR camera for shooting video. They did their best to mask their mistakes by poorly compensating in editing. Our actual ceremony was SOO over exposed, its not even funny (I wish I could post a still frame here but I will in other reviews you can find). And, I thought wow, we have wireless mics- Great! I have no idea what happned to that audio? Can't hear a damn thing on the video, only nat sound, best as I can tell. Again, they have no concept of how to use their equipment. Finally, a college student can edit better than what they produced- Random short clips, sloppy dissolves, and piece-milled edits, set poorly to some music, some not, just to name a few. Let me preface all this by saying I have been an award winning videographer for almost 20 years now. So, are my standards high? Yep. If you just want some video of your day, you're probably not going to beat their price. BUT, if you're looking for a polished, well produced, final product, pay for it! If its not going to be ready for 'x' months, just let the client know. But, you can't say its done & keep people hanging on, if its not done. Just be honest.

First off my first impression of Kevin & Carey was wonderful; they wrote a ton of notes, ideas, ect. They charged us 750$ which personally I thought was a great deal...no. Wedding day.... I thought everything was going well but he missed a few very important things that I made sure he was aware I wanted in my video.... but that's not even the worst part! After the wedding, he asked me to send him my song list again ( 6 songs) mind you I had very important meaning in these songs! One made the entire 2 hour long video! We received a link to a drop box and were able to watch it. It was actually horrible, the editing, the audio ....hardly any songs of ours were in it. We had to blast the volume to even hear our vows. Before he sent those, I asked him to put a slide that says " Pink or Blue we are expecting baby #2! - this is how we were telling our friends I was expecting! Instead he puts someone else's ultrasound he must of found on google or something, it had someone else's name on it in the corner and it was a full size baby when I was only 10 weeks!! I asked him to do multiple changes! I asked him to practically redo 3/4 of the video! He said he would. He contacted me and said my video would be sent out Monday, so we waited...waited 2 weeks go by and nothing. I contact him and he says he had the tracking number but his car got broken into and the discs and tracking number were stolen! ( okay sure ) so I didn't make a big deal out of it until he said he would make a new one and have it sent over night priority.... 2 weeks later and nothing. Then we receive them & the entire disk is screwed up audio!!! It had 2 things playing over each other. We made him redo it AGAIN. Mind you it has been 5 months since I got married and we just received it 2 days ago after getting the run around for God only knows how long! We had a bad experience and they have no idea how to run a business!!!! lets just say its not even worth 500$.....do your research and find someone who really cares about your wedding day!!!!!!!
