Made an appointment online, which was easy enough to do. Already knew my daughter had a UTI, just…read moreneeded to get her treatment because it was getting worse. We arrive at 8:50 like the message said. Checked in, and they called her back at 9:00. I'm thinking okay, this is going to go well. She tells the nurse her symptoms, the nurse is very nice, takes her vitals, has her urinate in a cup -- the usual. At 9:10 the nurse says, the doctor will be in a few moments. We sat in the patient room for an hour. Now, a typical UTI test with the strip takes a few moments to get results. I'm not sure what they were doing for an hour since there was us and maybe two other people in the whole place. At a little after 10, the doctor comes in says yep, its a UTI, I'll call in some antibiotics and just hydrate. Then left. Stayed in the room maybe 2 minutes. Fast forward to an hour later, I go to the pharmacy to get the medication. They have no idea what I'm talking about, they have received nothing for my daughter. Ok...go back out to my car and call them. Talk to the front desk lady, who seemed put upon that she had to deal with an issue. I'm put on hold for a few minutes and she says the doctor will call it in again. 5 minutes later, I get a text from the pharmacy that they have received the prescription. What that tells me is that they simply forgot to send it in the first time. I would have been fine if they had just said oh the doctor forgot to send it in, don't lie and say you will do it again. Will I go here again? Sadly there aren't many choices in Danville to go to when you can't see your regular doctor. However, I think we will start the online care that our insurance recommends -- I dread to see what the bill from this place will be as I have heard they are horrible about putting it into your insurance right.

We had JUST moved here and within one week my daughter came down with the flu. School called me and…read moreshe was out over 4 days; at one point running a 104° fever. Megan saw us and the staff got us in quickly! Even after my daughter still didn't feel well, she made time for us and saw her again 3 days later. They were amazing to us! Yes, it's a tad odd they are in a grocery store, but don't let that deter you! Had not even planted our feet here yet with no time to find a family practice but they made me feel so welcome and at ease! Very clean and well kept! Can't recommend enough!

Did you know that you can schedule and appt for any little clinic location online?? This is what I…read moreusually do to guarantee a time to get in and see the dr because I have to drive 20-30 minutes to get to any of them. They also take walk-ins so don't worry, appts aren't required. You can always check the wait time online before going as well. The check in process is super easy. Always make sure you have your ins card, proof of ID and payment ready at check in. The LPN @ this location is Elizabeth (Libby). I've seen her both times I've had to come here. She's thorough and asks all the right questions. On this particular visit she was extra attentive due to my symptoms. Even though my results were negative she felt the need to go ahead and treat me for what it sounded like I was suffering from. There were two different medications she could give me but wanted to make sure I got the one that was more cost friendly. She physically walked with me to the pharmacy to speak with a tech to run the one medication to see what my cost would be. I highly recommend this location and will return when it's convenient to get to this location.
