Technician claimed to have lifted them twice but I've noticed she missed some steps during the process. I only know because I use to perform lash lifts in the past. She didn't tape or put down eye pads to protect the bottom lashes, which resulted in her pulling my eyes apart (while closed btw) . With my eyes closed, shields on top of my lids and my lashes already glued to the shields she then asked me to open my eyes so that my bottom ones would separate from my top. Not only was this uncomfortable but I have never had to nor asked a client to that. I had to go home and also wash my eyes because she did not rinse or tried to wipe my lids off and left lash lift glue all stuck to the top of both my eyelids and lashes. While the lift was setting she proceeded to go into the other room and start emptying her rubbish cans and either breaking down boxes or opening boxes. She then returns (hands unwashed) and touches my face! This is the worst experience I've gotten with a Lash Lift and hate to critique it so bad but I wouldn't want anyone else wasting money... Maybe they are better at waxing.
