First thing Monday Brett had identified the problem and presented options. We decided to install a new system. Air Martin supplied two individual room air conditioners so we could cool our bedrooms to enable us to sleep. On Tuesday morning they were at our house early and started the install of the new unit. By 2:00 we had cool air. I cannot say enough good things about Brett and Jacob. The price they quoted was in line with other business costs. They did not try to price gouge since we were in a bad situation. They were professional in the install and left the area spotless! If you are ever in need of repairs or replacements of your air conditioning, you will not be sorry you called Air Martin.

I called them late in the day because my ac stopped cooling our house and Kevin Edison arrived the following morning at 8:30. Kevin has been to my house a couple times before and he has proven to be a great technician and a terrific diagnostician. He told me that the coils in our compressor were leaking badly. He showed me the area of the leak and told me that it would take 5 to 10 business days for a new coil to arrive from the manufacturer. After almost a week I was told that the part was on backorder and would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. I was one cranky old man at that point. The secretary I was speaking with put the manager, Shane, on the phone and I proceeded to tell him how unhappy I was. He told me that he would do everything he could to expedite the arrival of the coils. And he did just that. A few days later the parts arrived and the following day after, Jose, another tech came to do the install. This young man was very professional and did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable and a really nice guy. He charged and restarted the system and stayed long enough to ensure that everything was running properly and that there were no issues. We are more than happy with the repair and very grateful to Shane and everyone at Ellsworth for a job well done - and for getting it done sooner than we thought. Beware. This North Fort Myers operation are scammers! They…read morecame to service my rental mobile homes AC Unit. First visit Jose ran tests and determined a copper supply tube leak. He fixed the leak and filled it with freon the unit was cooling. Then within the same night it was blowing warm air again. Cost so far $1250. Visit next day. Jose came back and said leaking in the same spot. He put a new copper union in place and filled with more freon. This was Ellsworths mistake, but they charged my card without authorization for another $250. Then within hours blowing warm air again. Next visit "senior tech" shows up. We look at the same area that looks like a burnt marshmallow and there is a huge crack in the copper. We could hear and fill the leak. He patches it and cool air starts blowing. Within hours it starts to blow warm air again. Senior tech comes back the next day and now determines the compressor is bad. He can't fix it! Why didn't they determine this on day one when they did the Dianostic check??? So I'm down without air for multiple days and out $1500 as nothing was fixed! I did have several conversations with Jake the Manager. Worthless. Comments like you didn't buy the unit from us. Or we can sell you a new unit for $8500.

My name is Steve Rossomando, i called adams cooling on April 15th 2019 for an ac problem , they…read moreresponded and proceeded to pull my ac evaporater coil, and replaced it and then it was leaking out 3 weeks later, Jonathan Krotav who replaced it stated to me he couldnt replace it again because he did not get paid from the manufacturer of the first coil which was nordyne a subsidary of fridgidaire, i then contacted another ac co. by the name of Teague ac systems spoke to the owner Steve, he diagnosed it as a leaking condenser coil not a leaking evaporater coil, also nordyne pressure tested the evaporater coil that jonathan from adams pulled out , ans stated there was nothing wrong with it , so jonathan from adams inc either misdiagnosed the problem or was using faulty equpment to diagnose ac problems either way Jonathan Krotav never reached out to me to correct the problem i had it repaired by Teague ac systems, i dont recommend to use adams inc for ac repair please stay away you wil be disspointed and will be throwing your money away, they are a disgrace to there profession.
