Tito captained a 12-passenger pontoon boat that we had chartered through other professionals he knew and often works with - evidencing his user-friendliness, professionalism, and ability to coordinate with others in the boating community. He arrived early at the pickup point we had coordinated in advance with him and the boat owner, ensuring that all was in order from the first moment, consistent with his effort in our planning stages. Tito was a great communicator on WhatsApp - a behavior for which any organizer will be grateful - in anticipation of our arrival in Florda, upon our arrival in Florida as we prepared final arrangements for our boating evening, and as we set underway that evening. He is technologically capable, has good suggestions, and made a real effort to straighten out our deficient bus driver who lacked correct directions (thanks Tito for trying, repeatedly!). My family had driven in from other parts of Florida and one suggested a yacht. I'm not much of a boater but the idea seemed nice. I was put in contact with the owner of the boat, he was very friendly and helpful. He set us up with a 4 hour cruise around Miami since I wasn't sure if I'd get seasick or not. We got to see dolphins outside of the yacht, so many fish, we snorkeled and hung out on the top deck (3rd floor) and bbqed out there. This was the best mini vacation I could have imagined so we extended another 4 hours. The whole staff was amazing! the stewardess was so sweet and helpful and the captain knew the best places to snorkel and was very friendly as well. We got to jet ski, snorkel, bbq, feed hundreds of fish outside of a really cool restaurant (we didn't go in due to covid) and just feel normal after being quarantined for so long. There were 13 in our party. Next time we'll be chartering for the weekend and exploring more and probably going a lot further, or maybe we'll stay around Miami since we felt like we were on a tropical vacation anyway. If you are looking for an amazing way to get out of quarantine or have a mini vacation, birthday party ect. I would highly recommend this yacht! Prices were very fair compared to other yachts I was quoted on. I'd definitely do this again 100 times.

We didn't realize that an 84 foot yacht is approximately the same size as the entire dock of American social restaurant, so it caused some confusion instead. But it was amazing how captain nick was able to maneuver this Goliath in the river. Leolena is a beautiful boat with a ton of space, completely incomparable to the 64 foot boats we have rented in the past.

By 5:30 pm literally same day, they had my golf cart picked up at Kenfield Golf Carts in Austin, TX and loaded & on the road to me across country (yes; less than 1 hour later)!!! My golf cart will be delivered to me in another state by tomorrow afternoon which is less than 24 hours from when I FIRST called them. I kid you not, they had picked up my golf cart less than 1 hour from when I called. Adam even had photos sent to me by 6pm and he even called the golf cart company I had it serviced at to get the value for insurance purposes (at my request) as I didn't know. I was honestly about to give up on the whole plan because it just was not affordable. Then one morning, right when I had basically accepted defeat, Bo reached out with a fair and completely reasonable quote. I thought it had to be too good to be true, but he got on the phone with me right away, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me real confidence the job could actually be done. Even though he is Florida based, he handled the entire cross-state coordination smoothly and professionally from start to finish. And he absolutely delivered. This was not an easy situation at all. My road is steep and my driveway is narrow and downhill in the Colorado mountains, and several people told me there was no way a container delivery would work here. Somehow everything was coordinated perfectly and it went through without a problem. Honestly a ten star experience. Beyond the logistics, Bo is just a genuinely great person to deal with. We ended up talking quite a bit and found out we are from the same state and had a lot in common. He made what could have been a stressful, complicated move feel easy and even enjoyable. It is rare to find someone this professional who is also this responsive, fair, and easy to talk to. If you need transport help and want someone who communicates, gives honest pricing, and actually gets difficult jobs done, I would recommend Bo without hesitation. Transparently, my budget was tighter than what a trip of the magnitude I wanted would cost with Debra. Like I recently told her, I will be using her services in my lifetime, just not this next trip.

At that price difference I could go on two trips to Italy. They are standing firm on their policy that their deposit is non-refundable - Buyer beware! I have now booked a trip with a different travel agency that does not charge a deposit, itemized every item for me, and made sure I felt comfortable before ever charging my card. Also, my current trip costs a fraction of the price so I can go again next year and the year after at this rate. I don't regret my decision to choose a different company.
