So wifey and I bought new ebikes and they both needed a good tune up with brakes and gears ... we put out a "Yelp request" for service around our place in downtown Nashville and received 3 responses - Daniel from Epic Bike shop being the first to respond. He was a 20 minute drive from downtown but had really great prices and was quick to respond so we decided to give him a try ... what a great decision! So Epic was an easy 5 star cuz: +great service on bikes, cleaned them up and took real great care with tune up +given prices that were much less than downtown shops we also added tuffy liners and slime in the tires and put a rack on my wife's bike +great customer service Daniel is passionate about bikes and it clearly shows - he gave us a great tour of his shop and many bike projects. His specialty is building motorized gas engine bikes - and he did a great job on our normal bikes. I also had him work in my wife's ebike motor and that turned out great as well. I am very satisfied with the work done on my used folding bike. I purchase in Oregon state while travelling for work. I almost had it taken to a bike shop in San Franscisco, Ca. Which I am glad I waited since they were going to charge me double or more the price I paid at Epic Bike shop and great customer service. I needed new tires and tubing done. I also know it needed a tuneup too. Epic Bike shop ordered me new tires and strong tubing was done as well including a tune up. Also some other issue came up which was worked on and fixed too. I am super happy with the results done. Great professional customer service & products. I am presently in Clarksville, Tn and the drive is worth it & fast service. Took less than a week. Total price for everything was $110. which I feel was good for all the work done and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Bike Shop. read more

I contacted Dan to disassemble and pack a recumbent bike to ship to IL. His price was more than reasonable and he was very responsive, even printing and affixing a texted postage label. They even built and installed the bike rack I bought from Walmart for me!!! I just simply can't say enough positive things about them!! My bike is brand new had a pedal strip and come off. I went to epic bike shop to fix it. I was charged 40 dollars for a 15 minute job the pedal he replaced it with was not even the same color as my bike not to mention he scraped my handle bars while doing the repair. As I said my bike is brand new. Now it won't go into second gear either. Also my chain fell off on me which has never happened before. Not happy and won't use them again. read more
