Update: I was stuck in the car wash for about an hour, unable to open any of the doors to my vehicle. Two firefighters arrived to pull the arms off my car so I could drive out. After showing the scratches on my car to the manager, he gave me the impression that he would make the situation right by directing me to an individual at a specific body shop. Two days later when I returned with the cost of the repairs, the manager called me shady and hung up on me after saying that there is a sign on the premise stating they are not responsible for damage (these signs generally do not release a company from liability and are mostly a scare tactic) My options are now to file through my insurance, take the matter to small claims, or eat the cost of repair.
