I knew nothing about flowers but all I had was a Pinterest board and a general idea of likes/dislikes. I can't stop singing her praises. She did a beautiful job with the bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, ceremony arch. The draping behind my sweetheart table was also done by her. It was her first time working at my venue so she made sure to take initiative and inquire about details so on the day of our wedding, everything would go smoothly. She has wonderful taste. Throughout the months leading up to the big day, she was always prompt in her replies and quick to schedule me in for meetings even on last minute notice. She needed flowers to send to a friend due to the death of a relative. I thought they would send a beautiful arrangement for $80 ($60 flowers and $15 delivery + tax). She was not happy with what arrived and well to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I guess using a local or little guy is no longer the way to go. I know I am not a high volume customer for them but I am a high volume internet person. I doubt they will even respond to this. Did they get a new owner or manager or just don't care about their business anymore. I will no longer use this place or recommend it to anyone.
