Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to mention to Brendan that Gatorade had caused some stains on my passenger seat. I noticed the lightened spots the next day and contacted Kathy. Brendan had forgotten to recheck the spots after he finished our 3rd car but would come by later that week to take a look. I don't know how he did it but he was able to remove the Gatorade stains that had been there for months. I could not be happier with the service. Will definitely use them again.
