Update: I reserved tables and chairs for a Sunday afternoon event. I asked what time they would drop off the rentals whether it be Saturday night or day of event Sunday morning. They responded after a few days saying they would drop off Sunday morning and did not provide a time. I asked three times within 12 days and still no response. Called them and still no answer. With lack of response and follow through I cannot trust that they will deliver. I already paid my deposit and everything so I had to cancel them and am rushing to look for a tables/chairs vendor now 5 days before the event. I don't know if they changed ownership or what happened because they were great when I used them for an event a couple years ago. Now they are unresponsive and untrustworthy. read more

Epic Party Rentals gave me a quote, which was the lowest price based off about four local companies, via text message. I was able to secure my order by sending the deposit by Zelle, the company confirmed my order the day before the scheduled drop off (which they deliver and pick up for an extremely reasonable delivery fee) they added an extra table for me very last minute, and everything was clean. So DONT trust this company with your event !! I spoke to this gentleman last week asked about dates and times and pricing he asked me to send him a message to him by text with my name address and all my information to book my event , which I did buy that evening as he asked . Then again on Monday he text me to confirm my order and date, which I did right away. Now the day before my event, I hear from no one! I call repeatedly asking when they're going to be delivering the tables for my party for the next day , he only replies to me through Yelp and says I'm sorry we did not confirm your event!!! I sent him text messages showing our communication and the fact that we did speak on the phone and told me that he was available and confirmed my event. He is leaving me with NO tables and chairs for my 50 guest to sit on for my housewarming party completely unprofessional he should not be in business!! If I could give zero stars, I would! Epic Party Rentals advertises on Facebook Marketplace using a "bait and switch" method. They listed whiten wooden folding chairs as renting for $1.00 each. After contacting them for a quote of 60 chairs with delivery and pickup fees, the total quote was for $170. When I asked why the price seemed so high, they stated that the chairs in question actually rent for $2.50, not $1.00 they listed. I then asked why they lied and falsely listed the chairs as renting for $1.00? They stated that they've "never had anyone complain about this before and that if i didn't like it, I could go rent elsewhere." It also needs to be stated that the employee I was communicating with on Facebook MarketPlace is a woman named Lorena. When I clicked on her profile, it showed several photos of the SAME women on this Yelp page who gave this company its first review! So let me spell it out for you......... Epic Party Rentals is writing fake reviews for itself! THINK TWICE about dealing with a company that lies and conducts itself using such shady business practices. Don't ever use this company for you child birthday party you pay for what you get.. the day before the party they show up with the wrong items or not even show up at all we used them for there reasonable pricing but not only once, twice they ruined our boys birthdays sad to say and they didn't do anything about it, they showed up with the wrong bounce house and never brought the cotton candy machine will never use them again. read more

Just rented from epic party rentals for sept 22 for my sons third birthday. I had a great experience with them they I don't like phone calls so I loved the fact that we were able to communicate through message & I also never carry cash on me so I was also please by the fact that they use venmo! They contacted me to double check if the jumper would be set up on concrete or grass so they can make sure to have what they needed for it and they let me know when they were in the way to drop off & pick up. On Friday I contacted Epic to try and rent a bounce house for Easter Sunday. I was able to get the 13X13' castle delivered for a great price. The castle was in great shape and they cleaned it after setting it up. They picked it up Monday afternoon. It was a very smooth experience that was a hit for the kids on Easter. read more
