We got completely scammed on a jumper for our Halloween party -- the company never showed up or answered our calls. In a panic, I searched Yelp and found Tom's company, and wow, what a lifesaver! He had exactly what we wanted and showed up within 2 hours with the perfect jumper. My kid was thrilled and entertained the whole night. We even kept it overnight, and it was worth every penny. We ordered the 14' tropical water slide and it was AMAZING!! I was able to place a last minute order for this slide 3 days before. From the phone to the delivery and pickup, this company is awesome! Very nice and extremely efficient. He set the water slide up with within 20 min and took it down fast as well. We enjoyed this slide so much, we called and asked if we could keep it an extra day. Extremely great customer service, very professional and friendly,starting from the first call . I had rented tables, chairs , and shaved ice machine (in July) . Prices are very reasonable. I was told I was going to be getting a confirmation call the day before, I received the call the day before with a pretty accurate time of delivery. Tom was on time , quickly unloaded the tables , chairs and set up shaved ice machine . He went totally out of his way to make sure we were set up . He even noticed we were looking for an extension cord and quickly pulled one out of his truck and offered to let us borrow it. He also noticed we were trying to connect a misting fan (we were having an issue with the water connector ) , ironically, he had a brand new connector ( with the tag still attached) he very generously offered to let us borrow it as well . He was punctual on the time for pick up . This company is reliable , professional, and very friendly. I will definitely book with them again for all of my future events ! We rented a cotton candy machine for a church trunk r treat and I was really pleased. The owner hand delivered the machine to us on time, it had a malfunction but he worked his butt off to get us a new machine and still made it back to us in time. He knocked some off of the price for having it later than we expected too. They were there to pick it up right as our event was ending. I appreciated he also accepted Venmo. Always a plus. read more
