Is there an option for no stars? Ordered our food online(no problem) made it to the location and saw there was a long line so I went to the side to ask for my online order and was told that we needed to stand in line to pick up our food. (Wow, just give me my food before it gets cold) defeats the purpose of ordering online which is frustrating because there was about 5 workers(3 cashiers, who knows what the other 2 were doing) so there was no efficiency how to handle customers who ordered online. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by the cashiers and the place is always clean and very welcoming. I went here around 3pm, on super bowl Sunday 2026. Even in the hectic, chaotic, busiest time of the day, all of the staff were very nice, patient, helpful and efficient. They had a great 420 Special today, buy one Single Meal and get one free. Single meal is either 6 wings or 4 tenderloin strips with the sauce of your choice, veggies & dressing, and 2 hot breadsticks for $11.95. This was an awesome deal! The reason we gave 2 stars is that we placed our order in the app at this location at 6:21p. Order ready time given: 7:01p. Got there at 6:45p, parking was horrible, got into store 6:53p, and there was a crowd of 35-40 people. Many in Padres Jerseys because the game started at 6:40p. A lady next to me in line says, "Did you get a text? That's how you know your order is ready..my order was supposed to be ready 40mins ago, so they are about 40mins behind..." I then ran into another lady who told me the same. Then I went back to may car to wait for my text. After 10mins, I went back in to ask about my order. The man verified that they would text me when it was ready and that they were 90mins behind. Finally about 57mins into my wait, I went back in to check again, and the man verified it was almost ready. The staff was SUPER patient and kind. There were some REALLY RUDE CUSTOMERS yelling but the staff kept their cool and worked the line down. Finally, at 8pm, I got a text saying my order was ready! Went to the front, told her it was my name she waa calling and she replied, "last name" and that Pissed me off...just ask for my card I ordered with, don't ASK ME TO YELL MY LAST NAME BACK TO YOU WITH 30 people I don't know in the restaurant...SUPER not okay. Got our food and brought it home. Both orders are SPICY hot versions of what we ordered...unpalatable for us... So, 1/2 star for the deal, 1/2 star for polite staff, 0 stars for wait time, 0 stars for food quality, 0 stars for the unorganized process, 0 stars for cold and non buttery breadsticks and 0 cold strips.
