I've been to the National City Epic Wings quite a few times this year because I love their wings and breadsticks. The bone in lemon pepper wings are so bomb because it retains that crunchy skin and I can dip it with the medium buffalo sauce. The mango habanero sauce is sweet, sticky and not too spicy. It's my favorite sauce that they have right now. The wings are always fried fresh and crispy. I love how I can grab a meal with hot breadsticks and a soda for under $15! That's a sweet deal! Something unique about Epic Wings is that: 1. they have white rice, which my Asian heart loves. 2. the breadsticks are so buttery, soft and fresh The staff here is always amazing! I come here all the time to get my wings n things fix. They have the best breadsticks and ranch in all the land and their wings are sauuuuucy. I always order to-go and the top sauces are mild, honey bbq, and garlic Parmesan. The service is about standard for any fast food dining spot and it's always loud in here with families and teenagers dining in. It's not that bad if you wanna dine in, but I just take it to my home like 5 mins away. read more

We had a a great experience at Epic Wings!! The food was delicious and the service felt like family. The staff was patient as we decided what to order and even provided their favorite sauces as recommendations. If you're getting the classic chicken wings or the strips, the flavor and quality is great! They are crispy with a juicy inside, and the right amount of sauce. Is there an option for no stars? Ordered our food online(no problem) made it to the location and saw there was a long line so I went to the side to ask for my online order and was told that we needed to stand in line to pick up our food. (Wow, just give me my food before it gets cold) defeats the purpose of ordering online which is frustrating because there was about 5 workers(3 cashiers, who knows what the other 2 were doing) so there was no efficiency how to handle customers who ordered online. On top of the already bad experience - they got my order wrong, my food was not warm. So if you like terrible experience, not receiving your correct order and cold food. I've come to this location several times and they never disappoint with their food and their service. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by the cashiers and the place is always clean and very welcoming. I wanted to try something new on my last visit so I asked for a sample of the sauce and they gladly provided it for me. Got there at 6:45p, parking was horrible, got into store 6:53p, and there was a crowd of 35-40 people. Many in Padres Jerseys because the game started at 6:40p. A lady next to me in line says, "Did you get a text? That's how you know your order is ready..my order was supposed to be ready 40mins ago, so they are about 40mins behind..." I then ran into another lady who told me the same. Then I went back to may car to wait for my text. After 10mins, I went back in to ask about my order. The man verified that they would text me when it was ready and that they were 90mins behind. Finally about 57mins into my wait, I went back in to check again, and the man verified it was almost ready. The staff was SUPER patient and kind. There were some REALLY RUDE CUSTOMERS yelling but the staff kept their cool and worked the line down. Finally, at 8pm, I got a text saying my order was ready! Went to the front, told her it was my name she waa calling and she replied, "last name" and that Pissed me off...just ask for my card I ordered with, don't ASK ME TO YELL MY LAST NAME BACK TO YOU WITH 30 people I don't know in the restaurant...SUPER not okay. Got our food and brought it home. Both orders are SPICY hot versions of what we ordered...unpalatable for us... So, 1/2 star for the deal, 1/2 star for polite staff, 0 stars for wait time, 0 stars for food quality, 0 stars for the unorganized process, 0 stars for cold and non buttery breadsticks and 0 cold strips. Great deal, but I will not come back to this location. I went here around 3pm, on super bowl Sunday 2026. Even in the hectic, chaotic, busiest time of the day, all of the staff were very nice, patient, helpful and efficient. Very good service and food was great! I've been to the wings in Escondido before, but this location has been my favorite so far. Customer service was friendly but I placed a 40.00 order and only got 2 small cups of ranch, when I asked for more they said they could give me one more I asked if I could have 2 because we still had 6 wings left she said I had to pay 87 cents for one. I only had a credit card so she ran my card for 87 cents! Credit card companies charge the merchant anywhere from 22 cents to 35 cents per transaction so was this really worth it for them?
