They have people that are very good and people that are very bad at cleaning. They are not reliable. I have found a lot of dust under the beds or the kitchen counter dirty. I have used Epiclean for a little over a month. The first time was a pretty extensive cleaning and they did phenomenal. The 2nd was just a little mopping and sweeping. This company is amazing, professional, and thorough. I hired Epiclean to clean a rental home where I will stay while I renovate my home. The rental home was left filthy by the previous occupants. I honestly thought it was unsanitary to move in and had my doubts. Epiclean came in and scrubbed EVERYTHING. All nooks and crannies were dusted, wiped, and sanitized. They use eco friendly products. Epiclean is a cleaning service that shouldn't be allowed to clean people's houses as they continuously do not abide by simple instructions on multiple occasions. The last event when their staff broke an expensive fixture was it! They gave a terrible run around attempting to spin it that it wasn't them. EPICLEAN Professional Cleaning lives up to it name!! Very professional in all areas. The personnel is friendly and flexible, but most important, my windows look fantastic! We have floor to ceiling windows in 3 rooms of a high rise, and the balcony wall is mostly glass. We enjoy our views, but the glass does get dirty from the new construction going on around us. I looked up Epiclean on Yelp and was impressed by the reviews. They just finished doing a 2/8 hour day cleaning service at our office. The crew of 7 cleaned offices from top to bottom.
