They called again to provide the approximate time they would arrive. Interestingly enough - they didn't need a water spigot and only sent one person for the job. He was excellent! Courteous and quick. Only took about an hour for the stairs and bedroom that was cleaned. Huge difference between the carpet that was cleaned and the carpet that was not. They were also cheaper than Stanley Cleaner. Definitely recommend.

(I had noticed lots of debris when repositioning it.) Additionally, they overcharged us $50 after having agreed on a price in writing, and they didn't respond when I asked about the extra charge. On top of that, they are extremely difficult to get ahold of to schedule a job in the first place, often not replying to emails or texts. Scheduling a pickup and dropoff took a lot of back and forth. We did have to reschedule once when two people in the house came down with COVID, but there was a ton of rescheduling on their end. It was nice they made an effort to get the rugs back quickly, but I have no idea what I paid for, much less paid extra for. The previous time I worked with them (the second time), they forgot to return our rug on the agreed-upon date. tldr: Rug was still dirty, we were overcharged, their communication was bad. I would pay with a credit card so you can contest the charge if needed. Mostly I would find someone else.
