But as another reported, the doctor has "squeezed" me in when I called with an issue. It isn't uncommon for the parking lot and waiting room to be packed. That's my only negative. I'm a blue eyed blonde and one time sun goddess. I've regularly seen dermatologists as far back as I can remember. Her online profile mentions her interest in surgical dermatology and Botox. I have no experience with her outside of regular check-ins. And to that I'll say she is absolutely the most thorough I've ever experienced. I've found her assistants to not only be amiable but helpful with medications and prescribing. They work for you -- they know who has your meds, how much it costs, what discounts are available, etc. Another positive is their patient portal. Answered in a timely manner and no hesitation in giving you a call. Be sure to have all your insurance cards every time you visit and be prepared for minimal paper work once you're an established patient. Once your appointment is over you'll see the personnel at the front desk who will make your next appointment.

The staff reflects the same excellence that I have experienced with Doctor Rice. They treat the patients with the utmost respect, and the office atmosphere is completely professional.
