I had pixelated images in my ad after being assured that it was only the PDF proof that looked pixelated and it wouldn't be in my final ad. They misspelled the name of my business twice ( 2 different ways!) and my phone number had only 6 digits. I am the one who found the errors! The fact that it made it through their graphic department is astounding. When trying to resolve the issue they resorted to making remarks that were unfounded, and inflammatory. I will never deal with them again. Fellow business owners I say put your advertising dollars elsewhere!

Worse, they block the sidewalk in front of my (corner) house by dropping a stack of papers on the corner to use as a staging area (I'm not sure what else to call it) for deliveries. School kids use that sidewalk to walk to school and there are many cars on the roadway. It's wrong to block the sidewalk and make the kids walk in the street.
