You end up getting only 5 minutes of real lesson time. The studio is well built and the acoustics are great. I'd suggest he stick to building studios and not give any lessons. Glen the guy that runs it is kind of creepy too. Great if you are looking to record there. Not great at all if you are looking for a guitar teacher.

He is never late and would frequently keep my lessons 15 minutes longer than it should be. She was very friendly while we were getting our photos taken for our passports which we just got the paperwork finished. BTW, something I want to emphasise that Mari does that I have not seen at other locations is that Mari verifies the e-mail that the customer writes down to ensure photos are sent to the correct address so there is no confusion. We recommend going to this store as I personally believe she should be teaching customer service classes to other branches. I wanted to add my visits at other UPS branches were not pleasant and this branch in particular has always done a good job with efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy, especially with some of the inpatient tech workers in the local area lol.
