We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. He left me with planks that did not connect, left spaces and even used some compound to seal planks in place. At no time did he us a mallet to seal planks in place. There was no follow-up. I do not find any value in his work. I do not recommend NRF for any job.

They resurfaced our pool deck/lanai with epoxy and polyaspartic products. So what is different? They bent over backwards to help us find the exact color we wanted. They explained that the flakes actually come in 3 different sizes, 1/4", 1/8", AND 1/16" ! We chose the 1/16" which appears like paint, but with a non-slip, sand-like feel. They personally, yet enthusiastically mixed flake colors until we found the exact color. We highly  recommend them. They were efficient. They took a personal interest in our project.
