I needed repairs to some laminated floor planks that were splintering on their edges. I had another business attempt to fix it but it was worst. I hired NRV to fix the planks. I had 13 planks for repairs, I now have 2. Aaron came and looked at the floor, said he could do the work. He left me with planks that did not connect, left spaces and even used some compound to seal planks in place. At no time did he us a mallet to seal planks in place. There was no follow-up. I do not find any value in his work. I do not recommend NRF for any job.

We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new.
